Absolutely horrible customer service and very unprofessional.As someone that is in the restaurant business you all need to do better to in assisting your customers. Especially when they are losing money for your lack of preparedness.

The girl answering the phone call for orders should be taught English because it’s absurd how we in America and she can’t understand simple English when ordering food. You’ve to get an English speaking person to be answering the phone.

This restaurant is the worst of all. When you call to place your order, they'll tell you 20 to 25 minutes. When you go to pick up your food, they will make you wait for another to 25 minutes only to give you bones. I will NEVER go to this establishment again.
