All my orders vía Uber eats come as requested. Straw for soda real one no paper, utensils, napkins and guys even think saying customer order tostones let me ad ketchup. Great guys. I order from El Valle those people had me eating with fingers.

I just ordered through Uber Eats and had to throw away the food. The seafood salad with tostones was tasteless and came warm, while the tamarind juice was lapsed and tasted rotten. A very bad experience, I do not recommend it.

The food tasted good but Waited almost one hour.

My husband and I went on 01/01/2025 for empanadas or pastelitos. We ordered 7 empanadas in total they were empty as you see in the pictures. The meat portions inside the pastelitos were not even a tablespoon. This is a complete joke we were basically just eating the fried though of the empanada. After seeing this I called the store to let them know the issues that I had. They were hesitant to check, I explained to them that they lost a potential client because of these issues and because of the service. Their response was that they don’t loose because they would make it right back since they have other customers. I don’t recommend this place at all, they have different locations and this is the worst one I have ever been to.

The cheese portion is definitely laughable smh… my 6 year old will eat that and ask for more.

I ordered the mangu con tres golpes. Overall I enjoyed it, but I felt like it was a little too watery. The ladies at the window are very friendly. I also love the fact they open very early.

Place looks old, food was meh but the costumer service was horrible he got an attitude when I asked for napkins and ketchup and he only gave me 1 ketchup
