Food 10/10Crazy that their omakase set for takeout is only 60 dollars and the fish is flown in from Totsuya fish market. Incredibly generous servings and the quality of the fish is superb. I was in actual shock when I took the first bite. The rice is alright, but the star of the show is always the fish so it doesn’t really matter. So impressed by their supreme sushi and sashimi set. Better than some omakase spots in manhattan. So delicious and so close to home too I can’t wait to return.

Food is consistently good. Service is attentive and well timed. Most people in the neighborhood consider Aoyu Sushi to the best restaurant of this genre in Riverdale.
I have been there twice, and it is by far the best sushi in the area, not to mention all five boroughs. Service, price, and quality are impeccable. This was better than some high-priced places in Manhattan.

I can't imagine having a better favorite Japanese restaurant. The food is incredible and the service is consistently outstanding. Treat yourself to the Supreme Omakase (it is incredible)or get literally everything on the menu by coming here twice a month like I do. You can't go wrong.Parking: Key Food, ftw ;)

By far the most congenial service I've had in the area. We had Sashimi Supreme for 2. Beautiful and delicious. The beef Negamaki appetizer was also fresh and better than other places. Highly recommend!

Aoyu sushi! Has a very casual vibe but also provides the in the city factors. During dinner hours you are greeted with a warm towel for your hands, their in-house tea is delicious and smoothing, the sushi is always fresh and they have very nice wine bottle deals. I vary from going to the restaurant to eat or ordering for pick up. The integrity of the food is never compromised. They have a wonderful omakasi and the staff don't rush you which is a big one for me,.
