Applebee's in Bronx

“My husband and I came to Applebee's after my surgery. We're not from the area. We had GREAT SERVICE, the food was GOOD. The atmosphere was different than what we are used to. I should say the music was different. We enjoyed a 2 for $20 and a dessert. There was a photographer on site taking pictures. That was a nice touch too.
We had an enjoyable meal. Friendly staff and had a nice time.“

“My order hadn’t went through in their Applebees system and the manager was almost leaving but he still took the time to figure out why my order that was already paid was not showing up and he helped me resolve it and get my spinach dip on time, hot and ready. And as a pregnant person this goes a long way!!!! I wish I knew the manager name but it was Friday afternoon before 5pm! He wears glasses and speaks both English and Spanish.very thankful!“

“I go this Applebee's every Saturday with my stepdad. We've been taken care of by handsome Leo, Jhon and beautiful Jessica and Elizabeth. I'm going to be honest, sometimes the food takes a while to come out and some of my orders were messed up but still one of my favorite places. Today handsome Leo waited on us. He remembered me from the last time and was very kind. Even though it was overwhelming today with so many customers, he still was kind and attentive. My stepdads food came out really really late and management took care of it and gave us 10 percent. They really care about their customers. No matter, we will still continue to go there. “Visited here I'm the afternoon on January 25 2025 arrived about 215 pm was greeted by Asher who is very customer friendly and professional very accommodating she sat us where we requested asset to Applebee's at 230. We waited an hour before our order was taken we were hungry and contemplated leaving our waitress was lightsha who was cordial but her service was a 0 I don't know if it came from the fact that there weren't many waitresses working, but my she barely came to our table to see if we were ok until it was time to leave and pay the check. My friend ordered a drink she needed changed so I took it to the bartender to see if it he could change it but he said it had to go through the waitress I said if shelter come to our table. When it was time to get our food and exchanged drink Leslie from the kitchen brought our food and a utensil I asked the waitress for 3 times and Rosario brought us the drink that was changed. Leslie and Rosario very customer friendly professional and an asset to Applebee's on the other hand Lightsha not so much. We won't come in the afternoon or late evening when it's crowed“
