I celebrated my PhD today in this gorgeous place. Well it was a phenomenal evening and the venue was definitely the reason for this successful gathering. The stuff contributed in a splendid style, the food was great and my buddies were very cheerful. We shall surely visit again for more joyful events. thanks very much.

30 min wait on a Monday night where tables were empty, then 1 hour wait to place order for food this was unbelievable the worst experience ever i had and to think this location had promise.

I will recommend this place for 2 reasons, 1- my server was amazing and 2- the manager. I'd rather not say the reason I only gave 3 stars because the manager recognized a situation and fixed it. Raquel Khuldiph runs a great restaurant. Sometimes you don't see the bad habits of your employees but Raquel remember, it's very important to always remind them, even if it's annoying.

This place is horrible... Service is p probably the worst I've had... Almost a hour for food... 25 min for a server to come to our table.. this place wasn't packed and their excuse was it's busy in the back.. we went a good 15 min before seeing a server in the restaurant.

The service was absolutely terrible. FIRST the waiter took almost 2 hrs to have our orders sent to the chefs then they took another 2 hrs to have our orders served and the food was COLD! The manager did absolutely nothing and the poor bartender did ALL the work. This place is horrible and the manager did nothing to compensate. Raquel is a HORRIBLE manager.

The people at the bar are very unprofessional she mixed my debit card with someone else. It's 2:21 pm 1/10/2020 she even forgot to charge my card for the food I purchased. And then she started to get frustrated with an attitude. Never coming here again with these rude people.

Went to order a burger to go not one person at the bar even acknowledged I was there. No hi no nothing. Sat there for much more than 5 minutes. Guess the girl was too cute or something to even turn around. First time here. Bad experience. Period!

This was the worst experience I have ever had if I could give no stars i would. It started when we got there food was not ready we stood there for about 60 minutes the lady behind the bar never checked on me never checked on my food she just didn't care to be there or wanted get me my food out to me. She only took care of the guy next to me. When I got my food the soup was half the cake was ice cold the salmon was dry. Not even a sorry for my food coming out super late and I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here or eat here. Plus my food was cold.
I use to go to this applebees all the time when Aaron the manager was there ever since he was transferred Ive had to deal with a very rude and inexperienced manager I have yet to go back! Service was horrible and when it came down to paying the bill they messed it up! The bartender wasn’t writing down who order what! To top it off we were told not to come back to this location because I called them incompetent! I made a complaint with corporate never heard back from them...

My own experience was very pleasant. I was greeted at the door and checked in on here and there after I was seated so that was greatly appreciated. I ordered the cheddar chicken sizzle plate and it was really good. It's a grilled and sliced chicken breast covered in cheddar cheese and bacon over garlic mashed potatoes with steamed broccoli on the side. It was very good, the broccoli was bland but nothing a little salt couldn't fix but the broccoli did have a nice crunch to it so it wasn't overcooked. The decor of the interior is very nice and inviting. If you want to go out with a friend, a date or watch the game you can do all that here. And the sizzle plate was only $10. A good meal for a good price. I left very full and very satisfied.
