I celebrated my PhD today in this gorgeous place. Well it was a phenomenal evening and the venue was definitely the reason for this successful gathering. The stuff contributed in a splendid style, the food was great and my buddies were very cheerful. We shall surely visit again for more joyful events. thanks very much.

30 min wait on a Monday night where tables were empty, then 1 hour wait to place order for food this was unbelievable the worst experience ever i had and to think this location had promise.

This place sucks. They have a lady manning 8 tables and being a hostess too. It's dirty where she has seated us and it's taking her more than 25 minutes to tend to us. Wish the one in parkchester was still open.

This is my third time coming to this location. I've tried to give it chances as it's close to me but lord is the customer service poor! It took 10 minutes to get water .... and additionally 30 to get our food. Mind you, it's dead in here. I told two waitresses can I please have my check... they are just staring at the computers. We had to walk over there to have them charge us. Ridiculous.

I will recommend this place for 2 reasons, 1- my server was amazing and 2- the manager. I'd rather not say the reason I only gave 3 stars because the manager recognized a situation and fixed it. Raquel Khuldiph runs a great restaurant. Sometimes you don't see the bad habits of your employees but Raquel remember, it's very important to always remind them, even if it's annoying.

Ive come here several times with no problem. On this day i came with my Family of 9. First the Hostos didnt treat us well. Then we waited to get drinks for over an hour and food for another 45 minutes. This is not at all how a business should be run. The advertisement show a different story. I paid a lot of money to have a peaceful dinner with Family and we really didnt enjoy anything. The food came out in sections so when I was done one of my other family members got there food. The staff meaning the waitress was very sweet and tried her best with the 10 tables or more that she had and some of the people bring out food told me they were quitting as soon as possible. It a shame the staff and especially the customers get treated so badly. I dont even know if I will ever go back. So sad this place.

This Applebee's is THE WORSE one! I ordered to go on purpose to not have to detail with the unorganized and rude waiters. & what happens... my food was supposed to be ready at 5:57pm. It is now 6:35pm and my order is still not ready. I am disgusted with the service here once again. This is the last time I come here. Not to mention there are kids running around like animals. Super trash!!! Don't come here.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT COME HERE. Service was absolute TRASH. The server spilled dressing all over the floor by my elderly father's feet and although it was an accident she never bothered to come back to clean it. Upon serving our meals, she didnt give us utensils and we waited 20 mins to find someone to give us a damn fork. We ordered 3 drinks, they came back with only 2. . It was a Friday and the restaurant was only half full so there are no excuses why the staff should be so slow and horrendous. Applebees staff all need to be retrained and whoever is the GM needs to be fired for having such terrible staff. If I can give a negative 10 stars I would.

The worse service I have had in a really long time and I eat out almost everyday. I was working in the area this day and I was low blood sugar about to pass out and die hungry. So my co-worker and I decided to go right next door to the Applebee's. Worse mistake EVER! So we go inside and legit stand at the fron of the restaurant waiting for like 10 minutes to be seated. Mind you, there was only 4 table occupied when we arrived and three servers on the floor. On top of this, all three servers look in our direction but made no effort to even acknowledge us to give the impress that someone would help us soon. Finally a waitress comes and seats us. She gives a minute to looks over the menu and comes back to take our order. I ordered the new Passion Punch and my co-worker asked for water with lemon and a sweet tea, we also ordered out appetizer and entrees. Our waitress did not move with any kind of life or urgency, very nonchalant. It took over 20 minutes to get our drinks! And the sweet ice tea that my co-worker asked for was a raspberry ice tea and when my co-worker complained about the fact that it did not taste like sweet tea, the waitress response (in the most I don't care mode): our ice tea is raspberry, we don't have sweet tea, only unsweetened....Shouls this not have been stated when she ordered the ice tea?! Our chips and spinach artichoke dip took an additional 15 minutes on top of the 20 to come out. Another half hour went by and I had finished my beverage and the app was already beginning to settle in my stomach and our entrees had not come out yet. By the time they did come out, I didn't even have time to eat it, I needed to leave. So we asked for to go containers (which took an additional 5 minutes for us to get) and left. They're only getting the 1 star because the food actually tasted decent. Would never go here again if my life depended on it because I would die trying to get the food.

The food is what you'd expect at Applebee's however, the service here is absolutely terrible. I've been staying at the hotel for work and gave this place 3 different chances with the same result. Long wait times for everything for no reason. The following day I got an alert from my bank of a 42% tip that I didn't leave. It's unreal to think after giving mediocre service someone changed my tip amount.
Terrible service .. staff has no knowledge of the menu... the kitchen has no knowledge of the menu.. the manager is worried about seating rather than the kitchen.. to have a total of 15 people in your establishments.. the wait time I on a burger shouldn't be 45mins

This place is horrible... Service is p probably the worst I've had... Almost a hour for food... 25 min for a server to come to our table.. this place wasn't packed and their excuse was it's busy in the back.. we went a good 15 min before seeing a server in the restaurant.

Unfortunately, could not give this location anything less than one star because the app does not allow it but that's what it actually deserved. Wednesday night before 6 pm and the location is empty, my boyfriend and I were excited about that because we figured we get served quickly and be on our way back home sooner than expected. WRONG !!!!!! We waited over 10 minutes just to be acknowledged let alone to actually sit down. We then place our order and end up receiving our appetizer and entree at the same time, so what was the purpose of ordering the appetizers ?! We order drinks that came fairly quickly but the cocktail was sweet and too warm as well as no water provided for the table or even given the opportunity to ask for some. We also asked for bbq sauce and had to wait over 20 mins for the sauce , so I guess it was bbq sauce not from a bottle and made from the wonderful condiment garden in the back ?! Definitely do not recommend this location, do not waste your money or time !
