Delivery meal was wrong. The receipt stated what I ordered to be delivered but someone put in the wrong meal. Check your people who prepares the delivery orders to be correct. Very disappointed

Nasty bathrooms, no soap/toilet tissue in the restrooms. Asked someone for over 20 min if they could assist and no one did. Food was trash. Finally, someone came to put soap in dispensers and our host was nice.

I'm honestly upset that a friend and I went for dinner and the food ended up being awful. When we got home we ended up getting sick from the food. I spoke to a manager about it and they said they would call me back about getting a refund. Spoke to two different managers within 5 days and they keep saying they would get back to me. Up till this day they haven't gotten back. I find it disgusting that as a manager name Anthony you wouldn't get back to a customer who eats there, and has gotten sick from the food. I would not be going back to this restaurant.

If i could make it 0 i would. gotten a steak and it came out well done, the customer service was terrible by the spanish lady, didnt do anything right.. never coming back to eat here again

Ordered steak with potatoes they gave me a 4inch x 4inch x 1.4 inch piece of steak that was harder than a truck tire and tasted like rubber probably was a frozen piece of meat/the mashed potatoes were no more than a quarter of 1lbs of potatoe Going out now a days in to satisfy the rich
Service is horrible and wait time is crazy most nights from 6pm - closing time. The waiters always take forever to take your order. Food also takes a while to come out as well. I think this is mainly due to being understaffed. The employees are all nice it’s just they are so backtracked and busy with so many customers. I usually always get steak bowl and I’ve gone like 5 times here already and it’s not being cooked right almost as if it is soggy and sometimes the food is cold.

recently dined at Applebee’s and left with mixed feelings. While the food itself was acceptable, the overall experience was marred by several service issues. Our server was noticeably inattentive, and it was the busser who ended up doing most of the work—clearing tables and even refilling drinks—leaving us feeling neglected. Adding to the disappointment, I observed that some of the silverware had visible lipstick marks, which raised concerns about the restaurant’s attention to cleanliness. while the meal was decent, the poor service and lapses in hygiene significantly affected my dining experience. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works to improve the overall service quality.

I got raw steak after requesting a new one it took over 30 minutes to get one to end up not even getting food because I was over it . The Mac and cheese was so dry my son didn’t even eat it and he loves Mac n cheese. The chips for the artichoke dip were stale and old ; my 6 year old asked for apple juice about 3 times and never even received it . after that horrible experience and not even eating food there I was charged 85 for food I didn’t even eat ; and for service that wasn’t appropriate. You guys sell old food is real hazardous and can cause a serious foodborn illness. 0/10 for me and I can’t even believe I’m saying that about Applebees smh
Visited here I'm the afternoon on January 25 2025 arrived about 215 pm was greeted by Asher who is very customer friendly and professional very accommodating she sat us where we requested asset to Applebee's at 230. We waited an hour before our order was taken we were hungry and contemplated leaving our waitress was lightsha who was cordial but her service was a 0 I don't know if it came from the fact that there weren't many waitresses working, but my she barely came to our table to see if we were ok until it was time to leave and pay the check. My friend ordered a drink she needed changed so I took it to the bartender to see if it he could change it but he said it had to go through the waitress I said if shelter come to our table. When it was time to get our food and exchanged drink Leslie from the kitchen brought our food and a utensil I asked the waitress for 3 times and Rosario brought us the drink that was changed. Leslie and Rosario very customer friendly professional and an asset to Applebee's on the other hand Lightsha not so much. We won't come in the afternoon or late evening when it's crowed
