The food tasted really great i wish it didnt take so long bc then there would of been pictures.The problems were the portion on the plate ,the server and they didn't clean under our table we didnt notice until food was kicked while we was already leaving( it was food we didnt order).
I see prices going up and food portions getting smaller.
Everytime we asked the server for something she didn't bring it like we asked the people bringing the food out and they say we'lI tell ur server and i guess they did but she brong the stuff at the end.

Applebee's has always been a mediocre experience for me; if not for the 2 for $25 deals there would really be no reason to go out to eat there anymore. The food is so-so, a bit too heavy and salty or drowning in sauce to make up for lack of quality. And practically no matter where you go, if it's Applebee's, it's sure to be severely understaffed. Our waitress was one of only four employees I could see actively on the floor in a restaurant of maybe 30+ tables, with one person at front of house to greet customers and one person working the bar. I can only guess that the kitchen is also severely understaffed. And this has been the way of it for years with Applebee's; it's like every local owner tries so hard to cut back costs by working with the bare minimum of a skeleton crew. It makes service EXTREMELY slow, and I'm sure the workers feel enormous pressure to try and wait so many tables at once. On top of that, the restaurants are always so dark and dingy, with outdated furniture in dull colors. It's like a poorly emulated sports bar executed by someone who has only heard stories of them secondhand.

I don't know why all of these restaurants seem so poorly run, but it's almost a signature feature at this point. I can't see myself return again anytime soon.

I got conned, my family (my wife, my son, and I) and I went for the 3 for $9.99 menu, after not seeing it in the menu and looking for it on the windows, I went to the website and on the fine print said: at participating stores I decided to ask our waitress and when asked, she was baffled by it as she never heard about the 3 for $9.99 special so in a dark packed restaurant I was forced to order from the regular menu. $18 for a plain burger that when ordered from the 3 for $9.99 comes with unlimited fries and soda. The food was great but as we walked out of the restaurant my wife located a 14x8.5 inch post with the special, this sign is located opposite of the opening of the door and under the health department grading sign . We ordered the same item as the special and pat50% more.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this restaurant for a while, but after my last two visits, I’m seriously reconsidering. First and foremost, we waited over an hour for our orders – we were a party of 6, so it shouldn’t have taken that long. When the food finally arrived, they forgot one of the orders.

It’s clear this place is severely understaffed, and it was frustrating to watch. That said, I have to give a huge shoutout to Carlos, our server. He did his absolute best to keep everything moving smoothly and make sure we were taken care of despite the chaos. From the perspective of someone who used to manage a restaurant, it’s obvious there’s too much pressure on just a few servers. I saw two servers juggling over 10+ tables, while the managers were just sitting on their phones doing nothing in the corners, offering no support.

To top it off, the food was subpar – from dry burgers to soggy broccoli. I’m really grateful for Carlos’s professionalism, but the management here needs serious improvement. Either they step up and help their staff, or this place is going to lose a lot of customers. 3/10.

I went with my friend today Saturday to eat eat for lunch we got our table fast the lady took our order and waited and came with our drink fast the food took 15 mins and it was good I would come back again to this place and will recommend on a Saturday afternoon

I was here 2/8 and I got the $10 special with the chicken sandwich and fries and I also got Mozzarella sticks. Our server was Alicia she was nice and we was attended to quickly the food came quick about 15 minutes and it was good

Brought two tipsy cupids to go. Drinks are watered down and juice. I am not sure who are the bartenders and the Manager Richard Brown refused a refund. Worst customer service I wont be coming back or ordering from this location.

Terrible service. Got served dry and undercooked food. Food was served to us and we didn’t even have forks to eat with until 20 mins after. Server was nowhere to be found when needed. Asked for to-go boxes and it took another 10 mins to get those. Kids running around the place too. Not satisfied with the service.

Something lift up plate boy oh boy if the bottom was nasty I could only imagine how the kitchen was with the rest of the dishes.

When coming here, we only sit with Cassie! She's the best waitress. When we sat with someone else, we didn't know who the waiter was for about 10 minutes. Cassie even came and greeted us before our waiter. We changed seating areas for her. She's the best!
