Artie's Steak and Seafood Restaurant

My husband and I recently celebrated his birthday at Artie's Steak and Seafood, and the dining experience was exceptional. The service was outstanding, and I was particularly impressed by the staff's attentiveness and the pleasant atmosphere. Our waiter, Nicholas, provided excellent service.

We began with the crab cakes as an appetizer, which were outstanding, ranking among the best we've encountered. The crab cakes were flavorful and perfectly crispy. For our entrees, we selected the steak, which was cooked to our specifications. The steak was tender, juicy, and well-seasoned. The portion size exceeded my expectations, providing leftovers for multiple meals.

I highly recommend Artie's for special occasions or any dining experience. I anticipate returning soon.

Food was good. Quiet place to dine. Nothing extraordinarily wow but good. The oyster oreganattas were great but not sure if they have them all the time.

Nicolas, our server this evening was absolutely fantastic, the food was delicious, cocktails on point, the only issue is the parking lot is a bit on the small size but don’t let that deter you from a fine dining experience, not inexpensive but not overly priced. I highly recommend and will be returning in the near future.

I always love going to Arties i moved 2 hours awY. The website said they were open until 11pm today and when i got there The lights were off and the door was closed and blocked off and no cars in the parking lot blocked off by cones what a disappointment.

Went for a family birthday celebration. The pasta platter is huge and enough to share for atleast 2-3 people. It’s so big that by the time you get to the pasta, it could be cold… but it’s so good!
The French martini’s were delicious… love the staff here too.

I gave 4 stars because unfortunately ALL of the 7 desserts we had were pretty bad. @Arties, you need to source new desserts!!! Do this and I’ll give you 5 stars.

Food and drinks were ok. We had the lobster, grilled octopus and scallop sliders. Scallop slider not worth the price. Octopus was really good. Had much better lobster in City Island.

Artie's is our family's go-to. I have a shellfish allergy and know that I am safe there, even when ordering fish. Undoubtedly, the best food and atmosphere on the island.

The service, the menu options, and the chef's presentation are always on point!

Well I have been in restaurants before but this is the real deal. Seafood is so fresh and steak was done to perfection. I will definitely return and hopefully you will give it a try because it was not just good, it was WONDERFUL

Had my birthday dinner with my girlfriends there and had the best time!! The food was amazing, the drinks were delicious and a special shout out to Nicholas for being a fantastic waiter!! Thank you for taking such good care of me!

My boyfriend and I came here for my mom's birthday today. She is very set on going to Sammy's fish box; it is her favorite City Island seafood restaurant, so I wanted to take her someplace different for a change. Needless to say this place did not disappoint, our server was a man named Nicholas. The experience itself was phenomenal; we got there a little after it opened so we were practically the first ones there almost. We sat in a section with window seats It was very cozy, the music was giving very comfortable and jam. The food was delicious, the appetizers were also delicious, the bread we kept requesting and the drinks were definitely slammin. My mom most definitely enjoyed herself here today and I think she has a new restaurant to add to her radar at City Island thankfully, I know I sure do. I definitely look forward to coming back here and I highly recommend this place to anybody looking for not only good food, good service, good drinks, good ambience but overall a good time.
