Always great food. Never fails. I have had seafood, steak, pasta many desserts. Only complaint is the service can sometimes be better but other than that i highly recommend it for amazing food. Definitely try the Arties Clam Bake.

One of the City Island local resident staples. Cozy, low light atmosphere makes for a calming and relaxing experience. Amazing staff throughout. Large portions (though you'll sure be paying for it $$$) and surprisingly good selection of alcohol. Love me some Arties <3Parking: There is a free, small and TIGHT parking lot adjacent to the building on City Island Avenue. Be warned, this lot can easily become a nightmare if not an amazing vehicle navigator. Best bet is to find street parking!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Artie's Restaurant and was thoroughly impressed! From the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for a fantastic meal. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable, helping us navigate the menu. The food was exceptional - I had the Blackened Ribeye Steak and my partner had the Chilean Sea Bass, both of which were cooked to perfection. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. The highlight of the evening was the exceptional service, which made us feel like part of the family. We can't wait to go back and try more of Artie's delicious dishes!

Spent $500 on bland food and overcooked tasteless lobster. Everything from the appetizer to the Pina coladas was tasteless. Furthermore , our server was a prick and had completely poor customer service . We will not be going back .Update : are the rest of my lobster and saw that there was FAKE crab in the stuffing . How do you all sell fake crab at a seafood restaurant ? Despicable .

Wonderful delicious dinner with my husband, brother and his family coming out of my uncle's wake. We ate there about 8:30 p.m. We were very happy with our meals. Service was wonderful and atmosphere was quiet and delightful.

I enjoyed their food..I had Chilean Sea Bass with fettuccine Alfredo and the pair was dynamite. I would definitely recommend! My sister had salmon with broccoli, a staple.

I'm so disappointed that I had to pay for that food. It was all soo bad.Let's start with the appetizers. We sent back the ceaser salad because what seemed to be homemade dressing had way too much mayonnaise. That's all you could actually taste. The fried calamari was more tolerable. Although they were soggy and barely seasoned. For dinner, we ordered the SURF & SURF. When the dish arrived, my first thought was that this food looked like a picture on the menu. The "lobster tail" eww, the texture was off, I had to dip it in butter to give it some flavor (not good) and you could tell the oil used to fry the shrimp was dirty because the crust of the shrimp was brown. We've eaten here in the past and enjoyed the food, so it's was disappointing to see having such an unsatisfying dining experience here. The food could not have been made fresh. I've eaten fresh seafood many times, and this was reheated from a package. They need to change their food vendors asap.

Cosy spot on City Island Avenue. Had the Linguini with white clam sauce. Super tasty, perfect buttery, huge enough portion to bring half of it home. Beutiful local, Italian-American atmosphere.
