We come here once a month. This was the worst experience I have ever had. Vanessa helped us and was rude and not patient. It is my favorite bakery but this definitely changed my eyes on this. Also would love to see some gluten free options here. Vanessa said she had no idea if there was.

So I ordered from this place tonight she is winning tonight. OK now I'm a believer that all the Italian places on Arthur Avenue is amazing and they are because I ordered food as well. Bomb service was good. I'm sure the ambience is beautiful I'll get to go physically to the location soon but I did order online tonightand I absolutely loved my dessert. Thank you.

I placed an order with UberEats last week for a last minute celebration at my office and I was pleasantly surprised by the various and the quality of the desserts ordered. I ordered the cheesecake, red velvet cake, chocolate mousse, and one with puff pastry and cream. Each dessert was delicious and enjoyed by my coworkers. Definitely ordering again. Thank you!
TLDR: Very good cheesecakes, but when it's busy it's easy for them to lose track of who is next. The numbered ticket system should always be used. They only use it when it's very crowded.I usually come here to pick up dessert after lunch/dinner but Arthur Avenue. My favs are the strawberry cheesecake and raspberry cheesecake. I love their mini desserts. I've had their red velvet cake (so so) and carrot cake (good but sweet). I had a chocolate cake in a cup and it was so dry and lovely sweet- hard pass! Service can be hit or miss so come with patience! They sometimes run out of bags so bring your own!

This is the 4th time I get day old Cannolis. They taste like soft wet bread. Please stop selling them like this. The shell is so soft, mushy and the flavor is lost from the cream since it forms a hard layer on top of each side. It ruins my day and I throw them out! STOP SELLING DAY OLD CANNOLIS!

I asked for a pound and a half of anisette toast. They gave me almond bread. I didn't find out until I got home VERY DISAPPOINTED!
