They are extremely unprofessional, they didn't deliver my order that I placed on grubhub because I entered the incorrect tip amount and had to modify it (lower it). I waited over an hour for my order so I called them and they said they weren't going to deliver my order because I modified the tip. They didn't even have the decency to cancel my order or to call me and tell me they weren't going to deliver, instead they just let me wait over an hour until I called them. I've ordered from them multiple times a week for years! They are not getting my business anymore. Super unprofessional!
