There is no real atmosphere. Just get the best bagels in the Bronx from very friendly staff and go.

Always a little crazy and cramped, not their fault. Bagels are solid.

Bagels are fresh, and cream cheese taste good. Toasted bagel was not burnt but toasted just right. Asked for black coffee no sugar and it was fresh. There was a line and service was fast and good. Definitely a great bagel place in Riverdale.

Tasty bagels. Nice variety of bagels and schmears. They get you in and out of there pretty fast. Coffee is good. Their other baked goods are pretty decent. I had a good muffin. They also have a parking lot should you be inclined to drive there

As a small coffee shop down the block from two major coffee chains (Starbucks and Dunkin), the staff has to be more organized and friendly as the other competitors have a lot more to offer. Employee just put my coffee on the counter without me knowing if it was even mine. Not friendly at all. Tried my best to support small businesses, but will not come here and would rather visit Starbucks and pay the extra $1.50 for an iced coffee. While I know this is subjective, the ice coffee was terrible.

Bagels are excellent! Nice selection.
Cooked properly and not too big .
To those few people that leave bad reviews; they should move to Manhattan and they can get five star service. The reason they live in Riverdale is budgetary constraints.

bagels are great! it’s not on their menu, but they have tofu cream cheese (regular, scallion, and vegetable) which was huge. it is a small place so only about 4 seating spaces but we were able to sit down and enjoy our bagels. my boyfriend got the honey butter (made in-house) and was incredibly impressed by it! the staff were also very friendly! overall highly recommend and will be coming back!

Just moved into the area and this is one of the best places around. Love their beagles and the coffee is really good. I honestly didn't expect their coffee to be so good.

It all depends on the day you go. While the food quality is consistent the service is not. Some days (like on Saturday) the place is packed yet everyone is respected and treated excellently, then on other days the staff acts as if they can't be bothered and you are asking them to do you a favor. I've also seen staff handling food and not changing gloves which can lead to cross contamination. The general rudeness of the staff on certain days makes this a must avoid when they are in.

Usually love this place, always a great experience but I’m giving three stars because I had to wait for over an hour for my Uber eats order from here. Now I understand it’s a holiday and supply run out and lines get long but It would have been nice if they canceled my order earlier so I could have figured something else out for brunch (it was canceled on their end) instead of me waiting for OVER an hour just for it to be canceled . When I called and asked they said “we don’t have any bagels” which is understandable but when did they run out? Over an hour ago when the order was placed or just then. They also said it in a rude way as if me calling and asking about the order was a dumb question and I’m bothering them. Ordered at 1:05pm and was canceled at 2:05pm
