Highly rude and unprofessional, scattered and all over the place, took my order then disregarded me, repeated myself multiple times, had to ask what it was they were actually charging me for, got a rude response and dismissive , asked to speak with management and they stated management isn’t here. Asked for the name he stated manager’s name was Steve. Asked when he’ll return and he said maybe tomorrow. This explains the terrible customer service as there isn’t anyone to help manage a bunch of people who are rude and don’t know what they’re doing. Moral of the story DON’T GO HERE the bagels are just ok and the vegetables aren’t fresh.

I had a French toast bagel which was surprisingly small compared to some of the other varieties. I had veggie CC which was pretty good. I also had a chocolate croissant which tasted stale & was unsatisfyingly small. Atmosphere was fine but tiny location. A few CC options but nothing crazy. I was charged $9 for my order.

Good bagels with lots of spread choices…i had the salmon cream cheese on a bagel and it was great the bagel its self was fresh and just right…would come back most def for all the choices especially
The bagels and assorted cream cheeses are great but the service is terrible. I arrived shortly before closing time today to get their lox cream cheese and see if there were any bagels left. When I asked the woman at the front door who was locking up if their were bagels left, she snapped at me and said no. Because of her demeanor, i didnt bother to ask if I could get yhe lox cream cheese. She provided no apologies. Yesterday when I was ordering the gentleman at the register was polite but everyone else just seemed annoyed by having to work. If you don't care about good service, the food is delicious. It would just be nice if the staff was friendly.

Clean and inviting and the service was great! I ordered several assorted bagels and they were fresh and not too chewy. The Onion and Garlic bagels were especially delicious! The Cashier was courteous and full of smiles, which could only make a bright day brighter! Great experience - great price too!

the bagels are really good and i enjoy coming here but there is one worker that is very rude. It’s not the first time this has happened but i had asked her for my bagel to be toasted, she didn’t give it to me toasted and i kindly told her that i wanted the bagel toasted and she got super mad at me for no reason. After she gave me the two bagels i wanted she told me “Here Go!”. Very rude

Best bagel store in the town, clean space, tasty drinks and great employees, my man Breasly always there provided wonderful service and hustle energy every morning . Don’t be surprised when you saw the long line, but believe me it is all worth it. Go check it out.
