Clean and inviting and the service was great! I ordered several assorted bagels and they were fresh and not too chewy. The Onion and Garlic bagels were especially delicious! The Cashier was courteous and full of smiles, which could only make a bright day brighter! Great experience - great price too!

Best bagel store in the town, clean space, tasty drinks and great employees, my man Breasly always there provided wonderful service and hustle energy every morning . Don’t be surprised when you saw the long line, but believe me it is all worth it. Go check it out.

The bagels are pricey but good. I'm giving a 1-star because the woman behind the counter is very rude. Very standoffish. If you can't provide good customer service then don't work in a customer service job. The guys at Rolen Bagels are so much better and are my usual go to. I have been in this neighborhood for 20 years and I'm really turned off by the consistent rude staff. I tried to look past it but I'm done. I'm giving my business to Rolens.

My first experience here and I will definitely be returning. The establishment was very clean, the young lady who prepared my order was very polite and the bagels were fresh and extremely tasty. I wish I lived in the neighborhood I would be there daily.

We were the only ones in the place and the people behind the counter went about their business and ignored us as if we weren't there. We ordered a bagel with lox spread and one with egg salad. Bagels tasted like they weren't fresh. Big disappointment.

Neither owner or employees have any concerns for customers with food allergies. I've asked several times to have the Lox moved to another area in serving station, so that it's not carried over, possibly contaminating, the cream cheese. Today was it! The Lox were literally laying on top of the cream cheese in the serving station!! When I voiced my concern to the owner and reminded him about our past conversations about the serving station set up, he responded with "Oh she's a lovely girl". Wait. What? Who said anything about the girl?? I'm concerned about my allergies and this guy is completely oblivious to the conversation. He offered to make new bagels for me but I refused, the bagel's were for my husband and our dog. But the fact remains they have no concern for food allergies! Can't help but wonder if there are others in the community with same concern? Doesn't matter either way, I will definitely not spend another dollar in this store! P.S. had to give it 1 star in order to post the review but quite frankly they don't even deserve it!

This bagel shop should have a five-star rating! I couldn't believe I finally found a bagel shop with Bialys! Love it! We put in an order for 2 dozen bagels and 1/2 dozen bialys, then we went in the next day to pick up our order, but decided to have breakfast there as well. I ordered a croissant with munster cheese and a veggie omelet. It was delicious, and they cut the sandwich for me!
