Been going here for along time and I’m not even from Coop, but these new people their hiring takes away from the experience, their rude, slow, and answer the phone likes it’s their personal phone. I come train them if you’d like
food is good but check ur order b4 you leave they are always messing up and missing things this is like the 4th time this year . i understand it gets busy but you gotta do better

I would recommend their array of bagels! I do wish they would renovate. I do not look around too much in order not to get turned off by the appearance inside.
I love these bagels!!!!. I got breakfast and lunch because I had a training class that I couldn’t leave for so we had to bring food. I got the egg and cheese on a plain bagel and then a chicken salad with lettuce tomato and onion on an everything…… soooo good and addicting. Really addicting I’m actually going back tomorrow for another chicken salad. Will definitely continue to go here.

Waited for over 10 minutes and nobody would even take my order. When I brought it to the ladywho worked there attention she told the man behind the counter to start taking orders. A few minutes later he started taking orders from people who came in behind me. I finally left after 15 minutes without even having someone ask me what I would like. Find another place to get your bagels.

I placed the wrong review here previously.I ordered half a dozen bagels from here twice now and they have really tasty and fresh bagels of various types. I also ordered both plain and raisin walnut cream cheese. The raisin walnut didn’t taste as rich as I’m used to but it was good and the plain was too. Will order again.
