It's in need of a deep cleaning 😩 and the ice cream cone has to be changed

I went there to buy ice cream for the first time it wasn't busy, and both employees were restocking and making online orders, but the male employee noticed me immediately and greeted me with a smile, unfortunately they didn't have most of the popular ice cream flavors that I like. But this restaurant was dirty with drinks, marks on the table, sticky floor, the wastebasket...

The ice cream is good(that's what the 3 stars are for!). But the service at this location isn't as good as the ice cream. More often than not, you feel like you're being ignored. They see you when you come in but they don't respond to you. They finish their conversation with each other and when they see that you're determined to get what you came in there for, then they respond. If there was another Baskin-Robbins, I would go there. But there isn't.

Baskin Robins needs a major upgrade, from keeping up to date with their menu to a new decor and a customer friendly entry.. their entry makes you feel like you’re entering a check cashing place and not an ice cream shop! this location is no different from other baskin robins , limited choices of ice cream, and an outdated advertising menu.., good thing is that the staff are quite polite, especially when they have to apologize more than once on not having a certain once cream...
