I ordered a dipped waffle con 1 scoop ice cream and they gave me a cup on top after I had to ask how long the wait was because I had been there for 20 minutes and they had not attended me bad place poor service do not recommend

CLEARLY DONT CLOSE AT 10. I called and they said they close at 9. I went at 8:40 and they were closed and said they close at 8:30 like huh??? I just called and asked the night before. So it’s still fully stocked so I asked if I can buy something and this man proceeds to tell me they only have 3 donuts while I’m STARRING AT FULLY STOCKED DONUTS. I’m sure if I call at 9:45 somebody will answer so why are y’all locking the doors early.

I’ve been purchasing Baskin-Robbins for my dogs since 2004 and just purchased three new tags due to a recent move. The quality is much nicer than what you find in a pet store, prices are very reasonable, and shipping is very fast

My husband & I went on a cooler February afternoon. I’m told thatBaskin-Robbins often has a long line. Not that day! We were lucky. This was our first visit & we weren’t disappointed. I ordered a brownie sundae & it was so tasty! I recommend going to Baskin-Robbins
THEY DON'T HAVE public bathrooms 4 of us went there to have some ice cream and one of my NECE have to go somewhere else

Place was a little dirty. The workers were rude there clearly they do not understand customer service I was not satisfied with how they treated my son and all he was doing was looking at the cakes in the freezer and the man said if your not going to buy anything get out with out knowing if he was by himself or not. Maybe management should re-evaluate their workers
