Ordered a cake online 4 days in advance, called three times on pickup day for no answer, travelled to the spot only to find out they don’t make their cakes in house, some random bakery they don’t know the name of makes the cakes and delivers them to the store. I asked if it will be delivered on Friday, the day it was supposed to be available, they said no. I asked about the next day they said no. They gave me no further information on how to get my cake that was supposed to be a birthday cake. All they could offer me was a refund. If you’re going to get any custom cakes, do not trust this store or any other Baskin in the Bronx to do so. (I visited another one on Broadway that told me over the phone they make their cakes in store only to find out it was also third party) complete false advertisement and waste of time.

I went to get a ice cream (mint chocolate chip) and not only was it melted it was a looked like it was left out and put back in the freezer cause it was icee texture. I would never get ice cream here I would walk to carvel.

Night staff completely rude. With Baskin Robbins holding many flavors I didn’t know I had to know all the flavors ya had already in the freezer. If I can’t go into the store to see than I’m expecting your employees to know what they have to tell the customers. I asked for strawberry and was given vanilla. Than when I went back the employee was upset like it was my fault I put the wrong ice cream in the bag, meanwhile nobody but them are in the store.

The night shift people are a bunch of a-holes, they're never behind the counter, they always go hide in the back room, no matter howmuch you knock or scream at the window they will never show up.........that's like my 4th time coming at this location at night & always the same bulls#it
Stay away unorganized as h*ll !!! Tried to charge me twice ...than I got a medium icecream for my kid they wanted to charge me 5$ for one scoop !!!!

Yes, it's great that Leopold's has been in NY for 100 years now, but it doesn't change the fact that it's still just ice cream. Yes, it is good ice cream, but not amazing. We went just because it was there, and so we could say we went. But I won't make it a "Must Do Again" if I am ever in Savannah.
