Went here to get ice cream 3/15/24 around 7:45pm after a long day in NY sightseeing. The young lady behind the counter didn't acknowledge our presence. We stood there while she prepared an order, waiting on others for a good 6-7 minutes. We finally walked out. She had no intention of helping us. We went elsewhere. Won't ever go here again. I would not suggest anyone else patronize here either. You stand the chance of being ignored, which is highly unacceptable. At least greet your customers and give them a timeframe of the expected wait.
