They got my ice cream flavor wrong, gave me cranberry juice instead of root beer, and I found a HAIR in my ice cream. Come on, guys.

I placed an order for a birthday cake a week ahead of the pick up time. Yet when I came, not only did the employees not know what was going on and take 5 mins to ask me my name for the order. But also I received a completely wrong cake. They gave a cake from the fridge! No happy birthday blue writing like I had asked for and ordered! And I ordered an Oreo cookie cake…. Didn’t get that either. Will not be ordering from here again. I don’t normally do reviews but this is unacceptable!! Spent nearly 45$ on a cake I did not receive. I will be contacting customer service about this as well.

Staff is rude and the cones were out and uncovered. They have no sundaes no extra condiments. Nice donuts choices. Fresh and soft. Quick service

I always get my ice cream from them every two or three times in a week. My daughters love it there, My girls feel like a part of the Baskin Robbins family. Most of all they feel safe.. I liked it because they used the flavors exactly how I ordered it.I was abit disappointed that they didnt finish the design on the bottom tier of the cake nor write atleast HAPPY BIRTHDAY as I requested. None the less I'm a happy customer and thank you for your lovely work.
