i ordered ice cream from here on ubereats and was told over the phone that they did not have the flavor I wanted in stock and while they did replace it, they also sent two more scoops of ice cream & additional toppings for free which I really appreciate, thanks :)

I grew up on Baskin-Robbins for as far as I can remember. As an adult my 2 favorite flavors are (1) Nutty Coconut and (2) Cherries Jubilee. I will forever love this ice cream parlor and these 2 delicious flavors. Thanks Baskin- Robbins for wonderful childhood/adulthood memories

Asked at the ice cream counter if they had Birthday Cake Ice Cream pre packaged. The girl looked at me like I was speaking a different language. Said ask him and pointed to donut area. Asked them. No they ran out. What about fresh packed. Said ummm no. I'll look. He looked. No they don't carry it. SMH. Shouldn't they know if they have it or not.
