I ordered online through doordash. my favorite ice cream flavor, but sadly it wasn’t available. But what i loved about this location was the workers reach out to me. Rather then like other places where they give whatever they want.The lady i talked through phone was really nice and humble and had a good communication skills. Also was very apologetic.She suggested me some new ice cream flavors out of my usual. And honestly i loved her recommendation!!! Totally satisfied with this kind of service. Guess what this location baskin robbins got their new regular customer from now!!!

I am very disappointed with my order All Sundaes ice cream came melted and with 2 flavors instead of 3, awful presentation, not fully complete. Management have to retrain their staff, and the ice cream isn't available. Reach out to the customers, stop being lazy, we pay your salary don't take us for granted!

Very disrespectful staff who seem to have an issue with women in particular. The staff does not wear gloves and have nasty attitudes. I prefer to go to the Carvel down the street for better service.
We came in at 8:20 for dessert. There were several communication challenges about our order, but things worked out fine. We were quietly sitting and eating, enjoying each other's company, when suddenly we're asked, "are you done? Because we're closed." It was 8:40. We finished eating quickly as they flashed the lights on us. We cleaned up and walked out, and as I left I noticed the hours, which say they close at 10. When I pointed it out to the clerk, he said they haven't changed the sign.
