I ordered uber and they were very cheap w the toppins, very little was given to each. The scoops were small and never got my whip cream and cherry. 2nd time this happened. Not worth the $15. I spent. Stay away. ur better off going to any other Baskin Robbins that's not in the bronx. All if them are cheap whether ur in store or thru uber. STAY AWAY. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

This place of business never answers the phone. I ordered vanilla with chocolate chip via uber eats and they gave me the wrong flavor. After about 45 minutes of calling someone finally picked up and stated they didn't have the flavor. Why didn't notify via the app to let me know or ask if I wanted to replace it.

When ordering online for delivery, they gave the wrong item and didn’t contact us to let us know they were going to choose which ice cream they were going to give. We ended throwing the ice cream out due to my mother being allergic and couldn’t get our money back. We tried calling the store .. after an hour they finally answered and had an attitude with us!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE
If you want COVID come here tried a sample of ice cream. I wanted to try another sample they took the same spoon I had in my mouth and put it in the other flavor. We confronted him about it but he just said we clean the hardware and that we’re not even supposed to give you guys samples.

DO NOT GET ICE CREAM FROM HERE. I went in around 11pm to grab ice cream and tried the caramel turtle truffle ice cream and the employee asked for our spoon back when we wanted to try love potion (the flavor of the month). My boyfriend and I assumed he was going to throw it out, he took the same spoon we ate from and dipped it in the love potion pint and gave it to us. I then asked him what the heck he was doing in my language and left. THIS IS CRAZY. YOU CAN NOT DO THAT IN A PANDEMIC. Dunkin’ donut/Baskin Robbins needs to hire people with common sense and decency. SO INCONSIDERATE! So unsanitary, I’m disgusted.
