Do not purchase anything from this location. I ordered a treat for my daughter who is lactose Intolerant and the item I received was definitely not that I ordered. I specifically order a sorbet and they sent me some weird flavor dairy type flavor, I believed it was chicken and waffle. I called the store multiple times to get a refund and they keep telling me to call back th next day at a different time to reach their manager. They seem to be giving me the run around and are trying to avoid giving me a refund. This is a totally dishonest way of doing business I would never return to this location ever again and would not ever recommend anyone to go there. This is one of worst customer service experience I have ever had.

This is a Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin Donuts. I only buy donuts and munchkins for my girls. Thats because for the most part they don't always make the food you order well. The hash browns are half cooked, the drinks aren't properly made. For example lattes have to much milk, or the coffee is always luke warm, the ice tea had to much ice etc. Now for the ice cream side. I would say this is why I gave three stars. The ice cream sometimes is a hit or miss. Sometimes you find ice, in some of the ice cream, giving freezer burn vibes, but when it's good, it's really good. I like to buy the ice cream when it's first opened. You can tell because it really hasn't been touched. When it's almost empty or half way full, then you may get that freezer burn vibe where your eating lil pieces of ice chips. Not good at all.So there you have it. The ice cream is worth trying but only when just opened. As for the D and D side. I can't stand it, and I'll stick with the Syrian lady ;)-Happy Yelping!
