Got an ice coffee from here the other day and it was perfect! Just the right amount of ice and sweetener. Sometimes coffee from Dunkin tends to be pretty bitter, but here it was wonderful!

Only complaint people beg for money right at the front door
This is the place I go when I need to CHILL out with an ice latte or a milkshake, heck id even go for an ice cream sundae when im desperate. Not only that but they also have great donuts and baked goods. They always have a way to keep your hunger down with amazing food and your energy up with a pick-me-up or two. America runs on dunkin.

I wish this place had opened a couple years earlier. It's open 24 hours a day. It's always clean, except for some shady characters outside the storefront. Although that's not something the store can do much with because we're in the Bronx. This staff can sometimes be somewhat frazzled when it gets busy and can mess up a drink if you're not careful when ordering.

Only giving 2 stars because we got a bagel twist for free and the atmosphere is pleasant. Clerk took someone that came in after me in the middle of taking my order, and the guy making the food gave me the wrong sandwich. Get it together.
