I previously ordered from the Bronx location. The Whiting Fish Platter to date has been satisfactory, and my sides of choice, collard greens and potato salad. Also, the option of buy one get one was a plus.
I decided to order the Turkey Wing Platter, and was disappointed. The turkey wings were tasteless and the potato salad was not as palatable.
Going forward I will only order without frequency the Fish Platter and hope the fish is not overcooked and dry.

First time buying food from this restaurant. In fact, we were looking forward to it, but the food and the customer service was very disappointing. The seafood that we purchased was rubbery. It was bad. The manager wanted to replace it with the same thing(maybe she thought I wouldn't notice). I asked for it to be swapped with meat which cost less than what we initially paid, and I was informed that refunding the balance would throw off their cash register. What? The beverages are advertised at one price and the cashier gives you another price at the register. I asked about it and she just pointed to the advertised price, but still charged more. The cashier is low key rude. This is horrible customer service. I try to support Black-owned businesses, but if this is the way that they continue to do business, they will never be successful. My family would not be buying food from this restaurant anytime soon.

Today makes the third time I order here for pick up and all three times I have never received utensils from them no napkins no spoon no fork and better yet have never received a straw for my drink this is absurd last time making business here and don’t get me started on the customer service line for pick up it’s a joke in there food is overhyped they say 3rd try is the lucky charm yeah no not in this business

I had two orders and a beverage. The pasta is seasoned very well and the salmon was good too. TRY IT!! I enjoyed it. They don’t acknowledge the 2 for $30 with this meal like Brooklyn, fyi. The 2nd meal was fried chicken p salad and mac n cheese. The potatoes are cut too big in the p salad but the taste is good. Mac & chicken were okay. Beverage was good and only $2.

I enjoyed the food, they are consistent. The portions are not consistent. When I ordered my meal in store, 15-20 minutes turned into 40-45. When I got home notice my whiting was small and they didn't compensate for the size of the fish or the the extra time I had to wait. I will check my packages from now on.

My very first time Ever placing an order through Uber eats....messed up my order. BOGO...fried whiting, mac/cheese and cabbage. Got home, instead of mac/cheese I had 'greens' with meat (yuck). My receipt reflected my request. I called to let them know...the woman who answered the phone heard my complaint, asked my name, put me on hold... more than 3 minutes, never came back. then I heard a hangup. Called back... continued to hang up. World class CUSTOMER SERVICE! Even though, the fish and cabbage was very good and the pkg was wrapped securely, I'll make sure to check my order before leaving the restaurant.

I waited an hour and a half for my pre-order. They made me wait and said it would be ready in 10 minutes every time I asked. Then, the manager said I could have a dessert or a drink. When I tried to talk to her, she went to the back and never came out. The food was delicious!!!
