When I call to place a pickup order and the guy answering the phone doesn’t understand English, it becomes very difficult to place the order. I just hung up after repeating my order 10 times and him still not understanding.

I’ve been purchasing from this deli for almost one year and today was my last day ever buying from them.
The guy at the register who wears a ski mask to attend customers is rude and inconsiderate.
He will charge you “fees” for previous purchases he claims didn’t go through when it clearly shows on my bank statement that it did.
Why would I try to get away from paying $6 when I pay over $20 almost 2-3x a week at your business.
And on top of that how dare you scream and be disrespectful to a woman!
I’ve spent hundreds if not thousands over the course of 8 months at your business to be disrespected.
The guy at register has horrible manners and zero customer service skills.

I walk by this place everyday and stopped in one day to try the food because I was hungry and just got off the train. I was hesitant at first because I read the reviews and people complained about the food and service. I wanted to try for myself and see.
The place is clean and well organized. They also have plenty of menu items. I ordered the steak and cheese with pepper jack cheese and everything on it and a side of fries. The cook was attentive and friendly. The steak and cheese was probably the best that I have had since I moved back to NYC.. I just moved from Florida.
The fries were not as good though which is why I took away a star. I love French fries and they tasted like they were warmed up or something. I also bought some snacks and they had some healthy selections for snacks which is a plus.
The cashier was also friendly and also attentive.
Overall it was a good experience and I will probably be back. The location is the best. My only suggestion would be to elevate the French fries.

The worst…I was charged $22 for two “cheese”sandwiches and Potato chips. The sandwiches were horrible, all vegetables with no taste. The Cole slaw was also spoiled. Rip off!!

We Just ordered the W1 and P1. Excellent. The deli was nice and clean and the service was great as well. The Deli has every chip/chocolate you can think of( not kidding) Great prices as well.You guys should open on Long Island. Great job guys!!!
