I used to be the restaurant so many times. I liked to be there to have the food and enjoyed. However, I had a bad experience today. The service was bad. They did not come to our table much and it was difficult to order. After finished, I requested the check. The waiter showed the check and he waited me to pay. I was hurry and to pay the price $82.75. I felt it was expensive. However, I gave $100 in cash. The waiter took the check and the cash. After that, the waiter gave me the change as only $17, and no receipt. 25cent was out of my pocket. I asked him to have the receipt, and he said “no receipt”. I told him “I need it”. He said “sorry, it is already canceled”. I did not understand how the receipt was canceled. I stood up and went to the casher, and the waiter followed me there and finally showed me the receipt. He told me to take a picture of the receipt. I took the picture, The service charge was automatically added the bill, and then tax was added on top of it. It was terrible that they even put tax on the service charge! I realized why the waiter refused to give me the receipt. Also, the waiter tried to get another tip from me. That why he tried to hide the receipt.

We were attracted by the menu - lobster e-fu noodles and decided to give it a try. We ordered a congee, cha shiu ‘cheung fun’ and the lobster e-fu noodles. The waitress told us that it would be a lobster with noodles……but when the dish arrived, we were totally shocked! We could only find 5 half claws, a head, a tail, 2 tiny pieces of lobster flesh and 4 to 5 pieces of bones with no flesh attached to it. To be honest we never expected there will be a whole lobster but didn’t expect almost no flesh at all! Understanding how Chinese restaurant’s work, I laid out all the shell and bones after we finished the meal, and told the waitress what we had experienced. She probably knew the fact already and just walked away without saying a word! Although the food tasted pretty good, we will definitely NOT RETURN and DO NOT recommend this restaurant!

We came with my cousin, who lives in Brooklyn. His mum first came here in 1980, but she thinks it’s been around longer than that. This is a hole in the wall kind of place (a large hole in the wall), so don’t expect anything fancy, and if you’re particular about toilets, this (and probably just about any Chinese restaurant anywhere in the world) is not the place for you. But dang, that duck is tasty! We have Chinese restaurants and BBQ duck aplenty in Sydney, but I’m not usually that much of a fan. I couldn’t stop eating it at Big Wong, though, so it’s 5/5 for the duck from me. The other dishes we ordered (vegetables, congee, and one with braised tofu) were good also, but not quite as good, hence the 4/5 rating. Service was quick for us, and the waitress brought tea for the adults and water for Master Eight without prompting, also making sure they were filled at regular intervals. I believe it is cash only here, so be prepared. We had a great meal here and left with very happy stomachs. I would come back for the duck alone if ever we’re back in NY.

Im sorry for anyone not like my comment - but this store when u walk by it .at night u see so many mice running around going under the gate .....no offence to anyone ..... but is a health risk....

ordered a shrimp and broccoli with white rice the shrimps was so old you can smell it through the sauce it was so disgusting I had a throw all my food out never ever in life will I order from this restaurant again they selling old Seafood.
