The waiters and waitresses are quite impatient and does not seemed interested. We had to make our orders a couple of times before we had any confirmation. They seemed irritated and uninterested. We had to endure the lousy service and the tip was included the bill. We spent USD$250 and tip charged was USD$33. Seriously, lousy service and still charged fix tip is ridiculous.

The place was terrible. Used to come here when I was 9 years old with parents. place was in stead decline for many years recently. Bought my sister in law & wife after shopping on canal st. we order chicken lo-mein, beef chow fun, pork congee. they bought out vegetable. when we asked them about the mistake. The waitress had attitude. then process to just bring out 2 plates of cold chicken out. didnt bring out fresh order.the beef chow fun was bland, meat was super tough. the pork congee was tasteless. Then the bill came. the put in automatic tip for a party of 3. I pay the bill with cash. then waitress ask for tip after it was already included in the bill. They have lost all their business with me. This place now caters to mostly all tourists. As I dont see to many locals as I used to see patronizing. So long lost friend. Guess you had a good run

Really cheap restaurant but the waiter was very rude. French vacationers, we certainly had an accent when we spoke English but the waiter made no effort to try to understand us. You could see on his face and the intonation of his voice that it bothered him to serve us... I asked to add vegetables to my dish, which he reluctantly gave me. I had to ask for the soup ordered by my husband because it didn't arrive and our server had disappeared... This restaurant should be avoided. The boss should know, however, that kindness and hospitality go hand in hand when running a restaurant. Why do you let your employee behave like this with your customers? Even free, I won't set foot there again.
This place has the worst hygiene. Kitchen was really dirty and the food was cold. I even heard the kitchen staff sneeze a couple of times. Do NOT eat here!

I used to be the restaurant so many times. I liked to be there to have the food and enjoyed. However, I had a bad experience today. The service was bad. They did not come to our table much and it was difficult to order. After finished, I requested the check. The waiter showed the check and he waited me to pay. I was hurry and to pay the price $82.75. I felt it was expensive. However, I gave $100 in cash. The waiter took the check and the cash. After that, the waiter gave me the change as only $17, and no receipt. 25cent was out of my pocket. I asked him to have the receipt, and he said âno receiptâ. I told him âI need itâ. He said âsorry, it is already canceledâ. I did not understand how the receipt was canceled. I stood up and went to the casher, and the waiter followed me there and finally showed me the receipt. He told me to take a picture of the receipt. I took the picture, The service charge was automatically added the bill, and then tax was added on top of it. It was terrible that they even put tax on the service charge! I realized why the waiter refused to give me the receipt. Also, the waiter tried to get another tip from me. That why he tried to hide the receipt.

We were attracted by the menu - lobster e-fu noodles and decided to give it a try. We ordered a congee, cha shiu âcheung funâ and the lobster e-fu noodles. The waitress told us that it would be a lobster with noodlesâŠâŠbut when the dish arrived, we were totally shocked! We could only find 5 half claws, a head, a tail, 2 tiny pieces of lobster flesh and 4 to 5 pieces of bones with no flesh attached to it. To be honest we never expected there will be a whole lobster but didnât expect almost no flesh at all! Understanding how Chinese restaurantâs work, I laid out all the shell and bones after we finished the meal, and told the waitress what we had experienced. She probably knew the fact already and just walked away without saying a word! Although the food tasted pretty good, we will definitely NOT RETURN and DO NOT recommend this restaurant!
