I love this place, I have been going here for a very long time. I like everything that I have had from here, especially the matzo ball soup. Really my favorite restaurant ever.
Kid-friendliness: I was a very little kid when I first started coming here and I would always get the matzo ball soup and share some chicken tenders and fries with my little sister.

I have been going to the Bluebay Diner in Riverdale for the last twenty-five years. I always enjoyed the quality and variety of my meals there. Ever since the owners, Chris and Alex left the restaurant, the quality of the food has gone downhill. I haven’t eaten meat in several years, opting for salmon dinners or grilled chicken. I made the mistake of ordering a London Broil sandwich and mushroom barley soup several days ago. I ended up throwing it all away! The London Broil was exceptionally chewy, and had no distinguishing flavor. The soup was oily, and was also not to my liking. I was very disappointed. This past meal was a deal breaker for me.I will not be going back there again.

I was thrilled that they allowed my dog to sit with me outside but I was very disappointed that they had real maple syrup on the menu and did not have any to serve. Otherwise the food was basic diner fair
