Bobo's Crab Shack (Co-op City)

UNSCRUPULOUS PRACTICES! I have frequented this establishment twice with family and the seafood has always been on par; however, I can no longer dine at an establishment that is unfair to its employees. I learned that they do not pass along the gratuities to their staff!!! This is immoral; further, it makes me question whether they will do things to my food due to low morale and on top of that the place was EMPTY. Get it together management!

Great food and Customer service

Food was amazing! Drinks were bomb. I love the Mojojojo shrimp and Cajun fries ! Absolutely amazing definitely would recommend

Used to be an amazing place, been going since they first opened, seems like the workers never stay long cause they always got a new team working, last 2 times i went they made my order extremely salty, this bobos had the best quality everything when they first opened, sadly its deteriorated and is either a hit or miss the food never taste or look the same from when you had it before

NOT OK IT'S A BUFFET CLOSELY ADVERTISED I DID NOT CONSUME ANYTHING

The place was quite and clean. The food was very good. We were impressed. My only complaint was the women's bathroom was disgusting. No soap, no tissue, 2 stalls out of service. No door on one stall and the toilet was nasty. I used the men's bathroom while my guy watched the door. The men's bathroom was much better. Please do better with the bathroom

A welcoming place, clean, we'll lit, with adequate spacing. Had insufficient employees (2) on duty who worked "every" station on a night of free admission and live entertainment.

Dietary restrictions: Sodium content is still very excessive.

We chose to dine here to celebrate My Son’s graduation, but was very dissatisfied with the service and to top it off at the end the owner turned to the server and asked if we paid after we spent almost $200. He is racist and I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially of color.

It's very disappointing to unfortunately give this three stars. Here's the deal, the food is actually quite good. I had the chicken over rice and it was pretty decent. That's they only think saving this place.

It was a Friday night and supperrrr dead. We dined in and was served on plastic Tupperware, no water was offered to us, and "karaoke night" was non existent.

I'm just so sad for this place cause it has so much potential. The food is good and the place is clean. But with mid type of service (at one point we just walked up to them, lack of cutlery, lack of life, Bobo's just doesn't have any restaurant culture.

I will say though, even though it's good, my chicken pourover rice came with no veggies and my boyfriend's calamari came with no lemon, which was also weird to us. Do you need help with marketing Bobo's? There was clearly so much effort in the design, but I don't know what happened to the actual culture of the restaurant. There shouldn't be only two parties on a Friday night.

I wanna see you win Bobo's! I'm so sad yesterday was not a winner.

I was a little undecided on what to get....but then I spoke to the guy taking my order. Really cool guy I asked him his personal best dish. He sold me on a garlic noodle dish. I add sausage to it, it was the best thing I tasted in quite some time. Thank you Mr. Miaggi great choice.

Parking: This place is in a strip mall surrounded by other great businesses.

They refused to provide the missing part of my order, resulting in half my order being missing. Therefore, I cannot recommend this place.
