I went there with one of my friend and the guy at the door told us to pay 150$ to get in for each person which is got us confuse so we decide not to go inside then the guy came after us and said only 100$ for you now if there are more people in the line it will go up to 150$we decided not to go inside and left disappointed like 150$ for what just to get in ? And we were there around 1 am we don’t mind to pay 150$ but why does the price changed on what he told us I just need the update asap

I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, it fell far short. As a Dominican, I thought the poor service was only directed at non-locals, but it seems there’s a serious issue with respect here across the board. It felt like if you're not flashing expensive jewelry, you're not given proper attention or service.
I specifically came to watch the Canelo fight, which the restaurant had been promoting. The host assured me the event would start at 10 pm. By 10:30, the person in charge of the TV was pressing buttons randomly, going in and out of the streaming page, clearly trying to fool people into thinking they were going to show the fight. The truth was, they had no intention of showing it and were just stringing customers along to keep them spending money.
The overall lack of professionalism and respect was shocking. The majority of the staff treated customers with no regard, almost as if they believed we were ignorant or beneath them. I hate to call out my own people, but enough is enough. This place feels more like a hangout for regulars, not a welcoming environment for all. I won’t be coming back.
It was my first time going on a Saturday brunch. It was my bday celebration with my 6 other friends. I was very disappointed with the female manger for that day. We wanted to speak to her about the music and the food. She refused to talk to us or give us an explanation why the music was very low ect... I give credit only to Abel the waiter who an excellent job in trying to accommodate us thank you.
