It was my first time coming to Boca and I am very disappointed with my experience. I had reservations at 3:00pm for brunch for a group of 4. We all arrived to boca together at about 2:55pm. We communicated to the host we had reservations for 3:00pm. The host was very rude and said we have to wait a few minutes at the bar because they were seating the big groups first who left deposits. Turns out a few minutes turned into 45 minutes which is absurd when we had reservations and we were a small group.After waiting the long 45minutes we were finally seated and at the worst area of the restaurant. We were facing a wall and next to the bathroom which was very uncomfortable when the line got long with all of the people passing by and bumping into us. Below I attached photos of when we were waiting at the bar and where we were seated.The atmosphere here is fun but they need better staffing and organization!

I planned a weeding dinner for my family and the decorator did an incredible job . The food and drinks were really good and tasteful. My waitress was very attentive and the atmosphere and music was a nice touch as well. Thank you .

We were seated in the middle despite asking for a different space, only to be rushed through our meals and beverages.The staff at BOCA were very rude moving around furniture whilst we were still dining.The food was just okay at best. Customer service was extremely poor. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my friends.

First of all, they should have a ZERO star rating. Boca Lounge disappointed me very much starting with their service of the club scene at night. Security is VERY aggressive and they will assault and mace you when there is no reason to. The bottle girls are very careless. When someone comes to an establishment, they should be treated with care and respect as that person is spending their hard earned money to have fun. This place is dangerous and it should be shut down.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Staff is highly unprofessional and the security they hired are extremely aggressive to women. Went here for a birthday party and if you want to go here for a special day I would not recommend. They will ruin it for you, so you’re best finding some where else.

Made a reservation for my birthday and it was terrible. Firstly I wanted a vip section and made the reservation days before. They told me their reservations were not open yet and reached out to me the day of to tell me it was fully booked. How was it fully booked if I contacted them days before and vip reservation were not open?? That was the first red flag, they ended up giving me a terrible section with no space. Lots of fights broke out that night, security kicked out my friend for no reason. Security also pushed and shoved my small skinny built sister for no reason to the point that they physically assaulted her. Security is extremely unprofessional and maced me and my friends. After spending money on bottles I can honestly say it wasn’t worth the traumatic experience. If your looking for a safe night out don’t come here, you will get attacked and assaulted for no reason and dragged into fights that you weren’t involved. I go out to many different clubs all around nyc and I have never been treated like this. Management definitely hired animals as security. Be safe yall !
Went here for my sisters birthday , was physically assaulted by a bouncer in which punched me in the face and dragged us out and decided to shove me in a wall hit my face yet again leaving a mark on my right eye. After we were all outside already ( kicked out after spending money on 4 bottles a champagne) they decided to pepper spray us all twice . We was blinded for hours which led to a trip to the emergency room . They security is horrible and was no need to do that when we was already outside . This isn’t even a club and they bouncers / security mad immature . Aside from all the bruises they gave us that night it was a horrible experience . No girl should be tossed around the way they tossed me and my friends or even pepper sprayed . We wasn’t even in the “club” anymore .

The atmosphere was great, loved all the lights and the overall layout of the place. The music was way too loud though. Had to text my date to communicate we couldn't hear each other lol. The food was bangin tho. I had the empanadas, my date had the lobster with steak. Our waitress was excellent too, took our orders very accurately and swiftly despite how noisy it was. She was knockout too very pretty. The music itself was awesome too, a few decibels down would've been golden. Great experience overall, Shoutout to the staff!
