First of all, the staff had me waiting on line for 10 minutes. I was trying to be respectful and stand in the designated waiting area, but I seemed to have been totally ignored, and I was the only one on line at the time! All the staff were busy doing nothing. I went up to the serving area so they could actually acknowledge me and when I placed my order she said they had no chicken, which wasn't the first time this has happened. A guy came out and announced to everyone that there was no chicken, not because they didn’t have anymore, but because they didn’t have any cooked and it was only 7pm! I just walked out. It’s ridiculous that I had to wait so long only to be told that they did not have their staple entree prepared.

UPDATED:Had an opportunity to give Boston Market. One more try and to my surprise this time the chicken is no longer as salty! The sides however are still somewhat salty and because of that, I've changed my rating to three stars.Don't eat there if you have high blood pressure!Had take out on two separate occasions, once for dinner and once for lunch. Both orders turned out to be extremely salty! In addition to being salty the chicken pot pie after moving the covering crust revealed very little filling, definitely not worth $8!!

I got a salad which was good even though they didn't have the ingredients to make the salad I wanted. Their soup is so bad. Yes they have really nice chicken in the soup but liquid taste like plain water instead of broth and the pasta and vegetables taste like they are from a can. Worst of all from them which didn't happen often was that my chicken for my chicken meal was very burned. Normally their chicken is more fresh.

Clean and surprisingly fast service. They didn't have any turkey, but the chicken was moist and the potatoes were really good.

So I ordered multiple items for Thanksgiving. I got to the location and they gave me a double order of 36 cornbread because they ran out of dinner rolls. Huh? I didn’t ask for a replacement, if you don’t have dinner rolls then don’t charge me for it. Then I get home just to find out my order for the rest of the items is incomplete. Called the store back to back no answer. Drove to the store and they were closed. Called customer catering for a refund and the lady said she’ll give my “feedback” to her manager. Then I ate one cornbread and there was a piece of glass in it!! Now I’m going to the dentist next week !!

Ordered on grubhub, and I was disappointed. They didn't have the side that I wanted, it clearly states that I should get 3 cornbread with the order but when I got the delivery they were missing from the bag. The steamed vegetable was too salty and had too much black pepper on them. The image is what I received in place of the cornbread. Idk what it Is

Where are my sides?No gravy on my Chicken!Wrong Soda after restaurant forced the delivery gentleman to make another trip to pick up soda they initially didn’t provide.I ordered Coca-Cola!Not whatever this is!Feel terrible for making the delivery gentleman work hard!AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE!Never order from this place again!Would give no stars if possible!No utensils either!THANK GOD I WAS ABLE TO FIND A FORK!

Customers be aware, I've ordered here a few times and all few times have been reduced in satisfaction. You WILL NOT GET any utensils, No sauce, no Corn Bread, no gravy for your smash potatoes any of your orders even if your request it. Don't know if it's busy but all of my few times have been a fail. I order from Uber Eats and their great. As far as THIS Boston Market, please find a different one. I will no longer order from this one area.

Wish I could give them zero stars the worst service EVER!!! They drowned my chicken in BBQ with one thigh missing, they never answer the phones and have attitudes when they do. Never ordering from there again.

The food was correct was hot but the guys behind the comedy to clean The counter off ,it was a mess, I Started to tell them they needed to wipe down their food service Counter, but I decided against it. Looked kind of bad back there, they need to stay on top of that.
