So I haven’t been here in 10 years.Ordered pot pie. They had one left. Not much inside. Hollow pie. Crust was dry and burnt.Not like I remember it. Ordered a small soup to go. Only chicken noodle. The manger rang me up at $6.59 when big sign says $4.99. Hmmm. Manager mistake? I was the only customer on Friday night at 5:30. It used to be really good

I never do this, but the food tastes really different from others. Boston Market spends so much money for me, not a pleasant experience.
Food was cold and dry, service was mediocre at best, tables dirty and soda machine broken. Chicken was also undercooked and food bar was bare, no card payments were accepted. Asked servers about food and she looked at me as if I was asking for sushi at a chicken joint…. ??♀️ I wonder if the owner has just given up and waiting to close down…?

This location was extremely busy during Thanksgiving week. They must’ve been pulling the chicken out too soon from the oven because my chicken meal was not cooked to the bone. Yuck. I’ll forgive them for the 1 hour wait time to get my sweet potato casserole only because of the holiday. I was there about 1:30pm the day before. So plan accordingly if you are heading there during Christmas time. The gentlemen at the counter were very nice and served my food with care but the cooks need to pay closer attention to the food. The person at the register was only taking cash he told me that their system had been down long before thanksgiving. Boston Market corporation needs to get it together! This is a popular spot for this poor service. Please revamp it! Thank you.
