I went there to get some lunch today and the service was completely unacceptable. I asked the lady, Sam, behind the counter if she had fresh food in the back and she said yes. she then goes gets the fresh mashed potatoes, then the dried crispy old mash potatoes and mixes them into the fresh mash potatoes. I expressed my disdain for her actions saying that that couldn't be sanitary. she said that's what shes told to do. I didnt say anything else figuring I could just order som

I've been to this Boston Market four times each time there's a heavy set girl that works behind the counter and she is super slow, no customer service skills. She acts as if she was kidnapped and brought here and forced to work. She should be fired and allow someone who does want to work have her job and work.

Everytime i order ubereats from here they always send me the wrong order. They dont know how to follow instructions. They close at 9 if i order after 7pm they never have nothing. They have a whole bunch of lazy people working there.

I was very happy with this location. The staff more professional and the food was served hot. I visited this restaurant on 12-27-18 and 12-28-18 and both times the staff was professional the manager served the food and Samantha was on the cash register with a friendly personality.

I love Boston Market and I'm a regular at this location but have not had a bad experiences here but minor things can be corrected at times. Overcooked meals which has happened to me a few times, certain staff members that look like they don't want to deal with anyone at the moment, and they don't much about the pandhandlers that walk in and bother people for spare change as they eat their meals. Other than what I just mentioned the place isn't big but it's dining area is usually clean and so are their restrooms, if there is a line to be served it usually moves quick, and for the most part, the staff is usually friendly when they look like they aren't having a bad day or something.

The turkey was like rubber the Mack an cheese was old an I still can't get the nasty taste out my mouth. The corn bread was old an hard pulse the gravy looks like it sat there all day. I think the only ok thing was the chicken, cause even the mash had a funny taste. This was my first time ever eating here an I don't thing I would ever come back.thank god I didn't get a dessert.

The only time the food wasn't burnt, was the first time I came. Ever since, they're roasted potatoes are always overcooked and the chicken has even been burned twice. I'm sitting here now waiting to place my order since the chicken wasnt ready and I like dark meat. And they're talking loudly, laughing loudly and making sounds. I don't even see them checking on the food. Ooh, scratch that. They remembered their 2 customers waiting on chicken and just checked in with me after the 41 mins out of 35 I was told. Not too bad. Still a bit ratchet and I hope my food isn't burned.

Great little Rotesirie chicken and rib place with all the sides. You can even get turkey and prime rib on certain nights. Meals prepared fresh, a number of sides to choose from. Single meals to family meals this Boston market located in the bronx , in hunts point aka the hub makes it a nice stop for a meal. 20 feet from the 6 train or any bus to hunts point. Easy to get to by car. Restaurant and restrooms super clean, take out or sit down it's all good. You can order online and just pick it up. Staff super nice and helpfull. If you want something other than a burger or pizza Boston market is worth checking out, prices are fair.

The food was horrible I thought it would be like long island but it's not the people who works there are unprofessional and are fooling around alot even with security this boston market should be moved from the Bronx put in a nicer location and hire better people who wouldn't damage the reputation of Boston Market because the ones I've been in long island are great and the food is delicious not like the experience I had here I wasted my money in this boston market I will continue to make my reports with other agencies about this location because how this store is being run is absolutely wrong and it's just destroying the name of Boston Market...

I went to this place today it was half empty and there was a half HR wait for chicken so I decided on meatloaf which tasted and smelled like Alpo dog food. After two bites I felt sick. Unfortunately the 2 for $22 was not worth it and the"dessert" cookie was old. The staff was nice though!
