I went to buy food here twice already nothing in the menu..only chicken which it was disgusting..and the corn like s chewing plastic..the only good thing on my plate was the mashed potatoes..I have to through the food away .. couldn't go back cause I was home already..so sad I use to go frequently but I will not buy again in this place ..

This was my first time at this particular Boston Market. When I entered, it felt like I was in this location's final days. The menu screens weren't on...the supervisor said the system was being worked on. The food selections were minimal...I had wanted meatloaf, but they were out, so I settled on turkey.The staff was pleasant enough and my experience was satisfactory. However I doubt I'll come back. Their location at Cross County in Yonkers is usually more pleasant and closer to my home.Since my main choice wasn't listed in the menu options, I got turkey, red potatoes, corn and mac and cheese.

Food is hella nasty. Ordered thru door dash. Mash potatoes were sour, sweet potatoes are watery asf, sweet tea was watered down looking like pee, corn bread so dry and taste. Chicken was okay but they forgot the bbq sauce.

Decided to have Boston this afternoon I went to the one on East Tremont but they were closed so I google and found there was a Boston market 8 minutes away. When I arrive staff was friendly I asked for a meat loaf for four I asked that's they split one side in half the server said that was not possible But the Maneger told her it was so I proceeded to Get 2 large mash potatoes, 1 large corn 1 small sweet potatoes and one small Mac and cheeseWhen I say the food was horrible that's an understatement, the meatloaf didn't not taste like It was bland and had a weird texture The mash potatoes taste artificial very bland and the constancy was not there the corn was not the corn we were usted to it seemed like it had changed no seasoning,it taste like plastic and finally the corn bread was old and stale...... this was the worse meal I have ever purchased ever !!!!!!!

Just came from the white Plains Rd location and the food was horrible. Chicken dry, potatoes wedges not fully cooked, string beans tasteless and not but COKE COLA, food ? was not good at all. Had to ask for salt and pepper, that came from the kitchen.

First time coming getting food here in 2023. Normally in the past food was good. Although this time horrible. The chicken was not fresh and the food was definitely not nutritious. Everything was bland, including the signature Corn Bread. This goes against Boston Market mission statement. This was so bad, I will not be serving my family this garbage from this location again. Not until they get new management or BM HQ audits them like Undercover Boss style. Highly recommend the same to all residences on this side of the Bronx to go to the other Boston Market in East Tremont.

I normally like the Mac and cheese, creamed spinach and sweet potato but some of thier sides have been tasting a bit off

IM AM IN DISBELIEF at this establishment, ordered on DoorDash and received what looked like the 90's package foods, they also GAVE ME WHATEVER CAFETERIA RICE THEY HAD, I ORDERED CILANTRO LIME RICE, yall can see whatever cafeteria rice they gave me, junk looks like they took it from their local middle school.. this does not even look like a real Boston Market establishment upon receiving my food with no Boston Market logo no Boston Market packaging no Boston Market bag, quite frankly this food looks like a came from a school cafeteria lunch room or some fake a home cooked bs and is being served to people, UNDER THE BOSTON MARKET NAME, this is not a real establishment!!!!!! THIS NOT A REAL BOSTON MARKET ESTABLISHMENT!!!!
whom ever is the cook there....PLEASE change them. the chicken is dry and flavorless. The spinach is just horrible and the mash potatoes taste watery and plain, but to top that off the gravy was so salty I'm sure it sent my blood pressure up. OMG! what happen to this place... it's going down. No one is going to go there if this food continue to be this way. Please improve!. Can I get my money back? I can't even eat this

Don’t waste your money. This is not real Boston Market food. Mashed potatoes is boxed. Cornbread looks like it had better days. It tasteless and flat. Not your usual Boston market. They also served my food in a white take out container and a thank you shopping bag. Don’t waste your time and money.

Hi my name is Juana , I went to get food at the white plain location on Saturday ,around 4 pm 03/05/2023, there were 2 employees only taking care of customers and the drive way service , K and D , they were working very very very hard to take care of customers , they getting the 5 stars right now , I hope they getting pay over the minimum wage , they were very nice and running this place as if they were the managers , they deserve a raise because no one take care of business like this two ladies , I want to thanks you both and keep up the great job you ladies are doing I hope you boss really appreciates the har work that you both do. ??

I order 4 meals they got all of the orders wrong when I corrected them they were rude and refused to correct their mistakes. Also the food was stale and below the standards of any Boston markets I have purchased from.
