Bowerland has been a place we have bowled in for over 30 years. Children bowled on leagues at some point. We had fun bowling with the family. Everyone enjoyed the fellowship. We encountered some staff very robotic, unprofessional, and unkind. The place is in dire need of updating to match the times we are in.

I would rate this place a 0/10 I went there one night with my friends. We originally weren’t suppose to go here but we ended up having to go here. First thing is they only take cash which I should’ve seen as a red flag. When we got there we paid to bowl and we were hungry so we ordered pizza from them it took more than 30 minutes for them to carry our pizza and when it came out we went to the vending machine which barely had anything in it to get something to drink and returned back to the food. My friend wrote a review and the manager replied lying saying we kept bowling and didn’t attend to the food once we got it which was a lie and he know it’s a lie. When we got back to the food and opened the box the pizza looked a mess I was very hungry but I wasn’t going to eat it. The pizza looked like when they were slicing it , it wasn’t slicing so they use their fingers to hold it down which I saw the fingers prints and I went to the desk about it. There was a dark guy there with dreads and a brown guy the brown guy was very respectful I had no issues with him but the dark guy was the one that prepared the pizza he explained to me that when the pizza was in the oven holes pop up in it but it wasn’t holes it was finger prints. He got up and mumbled disrespectful things calling me out my name using the N word and all which was very unprofessional. When he went and got the manager the manager claim there was nothing wrong with the pizza and didn’t even acknowledge the fact that his worker called me out my name the manager even replied to my friends review saying if we weren’t hungry we shouldn’t have ordered a pizza why would we order a pizza if we weren’t hungry. The manager said there was no way we could get a refund they don’t do refund . The manager replies to every negative comment making up a story to make his business him and his workers look innocent I don’t see one comment where he is actually trying to solve the issue instead he wants to argue with people that spend their money at his business. I don’t recommend this place and I know he’s going to reply with lies to My review

I wouldn't recommend this place at all! It was really dirty, and the customer service was terrible. The guy with dreads was rude to my friends and me, and he even cursed at us when we complained about the poor quality of the pizza. The box was filthy, and there was a fingerprint on our pizza, so we didn't eat it. I regret not taking a picture. Definitely never going back.

The man in there discriminated against me and my disability. Because he couldn’t physically see my disability he said I didn’t have one. I don’t know if my color upset him but he looked me in my face and told me my Service Dog wasn’t allowed because service dogs are for disabilities and I don’t have one. He proceeded to ask what disabilities I have and he’s not allowed to do that and the police officer told me he wasn’t supposed to do that. I also have all of this on video so I will be contacting corporate because when I asked his name he told me it was none of my business. Disgusting & if I have to upload the video for everyone to see how nasty he is I will. A place of business should be ran with “integrity” and respect. He has none & deserves 0 stars for the way he just treated me.
