Bread Baker of Riverdale

I took a sourdough class with Arnie at Brooklyn Kitchen a couple weeks ago and had a great time. I also learned a lot and because of Arnie’s teaching, figured out what I’ve been doing wrong. Arnie was a super lovely, low key, and clear teacher. Highly recommend taking a class with him!

had the pleasure of meeting the owners of this bakery during a pop up shop in inwood. their olive loaf was delicious and unfortunately they were sold out but that didnt stop me and my cousins from getting their sour dough loaf. will definitely be paying their store a visit for the olive loaf !

I have sampled several of Arnie's breads including everything, rosemary olive, and fig pecan. These breads are all delicious! They are perfectly crusty outside and perfectly soft inside! The flavors are scrumptious! You have to try them!

I recommend Arnie Adler's bread baking business because it is unique marriage of culinary excellence and community building. Arnie treats every customer like a friend and a neighbor. Arnie introduced the concept of bartering for bread at the height of the pandemic, which underscored the community building elements of his business. Besides a wide variety of superior baked products, Arnie has recently begun teaching bread baking to his customers. He is a remarkable man and an inspiration. And now, a great friend and neighbor.

Arnie's bread is delicious. The cherry chocolate sourdough is my favorite but I love every flavor I've tried so far. The price is more than fair and the service is fantastic.

The best bread I have ever had , if you have not tried his bread yet you are missing out on one of the best experience your mouth and stomach will have . Cant wait to try the other variations
