I stopped getting food here a while ago as i frequently got old food. Would still go for the coffee but today I was extremely turned off and walked out. Sitting there for 10 minutes and the process hadn’t even been started while the women are having conversation with delivery drivers that appear to be friends. After waiting the 10 minutes for my coffee, I had one of the women look right at me as she passed a delivery driver that just walked in a hot beverage and hadn’t even began the process to make my coffee. Went to solimars not too far and got my coffee in 3 minutes

I stoped in and ordered two large sopa de pollo to take out. when we sat down at home to eat them we were disappointed. Having bought these soups in the past that would be a meal in itself. This time we found that the chicken had very little meat on the bone, few potato's and fideos and a abundance of liquid. It just didn't fill us up like the ones we were used to buying in the past. We do enjoy the Dominican food we can only hope that the old fashion quality will return to this neighborhood restaurant.

I ordered baked chicken with tostones, unfortunately they were both dry I almost choked. I couldn’t eat the chicken because it was so white and tasteless. Appearance is everything! With the pictures online and food in person are completely deceiving. Won’t be buying here again.

The food quality is very poor—the taste and appearance suggest it’s old, both from the counter display and the menu items. The overall quality is disappointing. However, I see potential in this restaurant if improvements are made. The food, including chicken, rice, and other items, needs to be fresh and more visually appealing. If the owner takes the time to address these issues, I believe the restaurant could grow significantly.👀

I been on hold to order the food for a whole hr. I hang up and call back the user is busy for a whole hour. I can never just place my order without it being a hassle. It’s a connivence cause they deliver, but to reach them is sometimes difficult
Place is great but the food quality and quantity has gone down. They are serving smaller portions but increasing the price. If you’re okay with spending the extra money go for it but if you can find something better I suggest doing that. At this point too many places are disappointing so I rather just cook more.

I added five stars to the joint, even that I have not been there since 2011. The Cuban sandwiches are delicious. The Cafe is really good. I don't remember what I ate there, but I tell you. it was all good.
