Why is your store stealing ebt from the west coast

On 01/25/2024 400pm I was delivered a small chicken soup with white rice and got a free ROACH with it! So I called 311 immediately

Customer service sucks they barely understand you. ladies on the phone are rude bad customer service I used to love this store till they got new owners don’t waste your money or time.

The food is good the rice and peas with chicken, to die for. The smoothies are made just the way you like it.

The people work hard to give us the best and I can see that

This place used to be a small corner store/deli. I swear they made the best sandwiches and hamburgers in the whole Bronx at a cheap price for 5 dollars. I used to get food there every morning before heading to the train station to go to school. Sometimes I’d eat the food on the train cuz of how good it was.But things changed. They shut down. I didn’t know what was going on for like a year and a half. When it finally reopened I was surprised to see that they were “renovating” the place. I will admit I liked the fact that they had tried to expand, but they didn’t really expand the way they shouldve. They’re trying to be a mini supermarket, when in all honesty they should’ve been a restaurant or better yet, just a better deli store.For one, the prices rose. I get the economy is changing, everything is getting pricey, and would be worth it, if it weren’t for the other issues.The second issue is that while the store seems to have gotten bigger and has added more, the drinks are no where to be found. The cans are left outside warm. How am I supposed to get a free can with my order when a. My favorite isn’t there and b. If it is, it’s warm.Third, the layout is messy and clunky. It’s trying to be a supermarket when there’s clearly no room for its layout.Fourth, there’s already a supermarket by this place. Don’t try to compete with what’s there, just do what you were doing (which had a lot of success considering how many people used to come there every morning for their sandwich).To sum it up, it’s been ruined. The great deli store that once was isn’t there anymore.

The WORST if you can't speak Spanish. Nobody speaks English. They were much better before they turn into a small supermarket. Now they cant get ish right.

They are nice ppl in here.the owners are pleasant and the food is good and fresh.everyday.

It,s disrespect I'm not going to buy from them

It was cool before turning in to a mini super market. Now they have only like one cook, and take super long to do your food. The girls serving are always distracted on their phones, its not organized well at all. There should be some sort of line, but they tend to whomever is in their face, not in the order of arrival.
