I have been here a few times with my daughters over the years. The ambiance is really good, though the music can be a little loud sometimes! We go in order to get out of the house really. The food and other products sold are really expensive to be honest. We have made several food purchases here and they are usually disappointing whether sweet or savorry. I have only been personally satisfied with one purchase here. I usually try to get something that is on the lower end of the price scale. I would suggest it as a something to try once if remotely interested. You would not be missing out if you didn't though. Parking is awful, but there are metered spots available and we always find one. Sometimes we come to walk around and listen to the music and we eat elsewhere due to the cost. The last time we were there, we encountered a few people waking around with rolling coolers, from which they were selling drinks. First time encountering that here, but times are tough and people are looking for ways to make extra money.

Fun but pricy — music is good and food is great!

Good food, good people and great ole school music.

I tried repeatedly to get with this event but so much is wrong... Promoters are supreme a holes. Like this unorganized garbage-filled street food event is so "exclusive". When gentrification hit the Bronx, a lotta heads got bigger and went further up some a**es. Sad days indeed. CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR CRAPPY EVENTS.

Great vibes and lot of food to choose from. The lightbulb drink mango was great. Chicken waffle with fries was good. Also tried food I don't usually get ever like Philippine food and Latin American smoked meat. Overall had a great experience. The aapi show was good too. The violinist was passionate and Hawaiian dancers were nice.

It's always a fun venue. A lot of different vendors and food trucks always change vendors, so you have a different menu every time you go

Okay food trucks. Need more substance to the market.

Came on the last weekend so I may have missed many restaurants and must try items. Alot of the vendors seemed like vendors I normally find going down for Fordham road any other day. Also by the time I arrived (5pm) many items were sold out . The DJ had all the 90s and 00s jams playing and everyone seemed in good spirits despite the lines and cold winds. I will attempt to go next year with my toddler and try to arrive early to experience the rest of the best!

First off, this ain't a night market if you're only open from 1-7pm. It's still light out. There was probably only 20 food vendors unlike the 40+ advertised. When we got there they were doing the Cupid shuffle so at least the put the effort of having some sort of entertainment system. There wasn't really a lot of seating area and it was directly in the hot sun so it was kinda terrible trying to walk around to get food. Most of the food I didn't really like. The arepa sandwich we got from the arepa truck was really dry and lackluster. Maybe we should've got the plain one. Maybe it would've been better. Cause the meat one was not great. We got empanadas that were just okay. The Mac and cheese place was very dry and bland. Their banana pudding wasn't good either. $8 for each. We got some potato balls from the churro stand. Those were pretty good. And I got a hot dog from the churro stand. It was odd. But not terrible. The potato sticks on top are unneeded tho. We also got a bbq sausage from the sausage vender. A lil too much bbq sauce but overall good.We also got mochi cookies from The Boiis. They were mostly not good and non of the flavors really tasted different from each other except for the matcha one. The rest all just tasted like a regular doughy vanilla. There was a tea place that had $5 teas and you could get $3 refills. They were good and very refreshing in the hot sun. Overall I regret making the hour long sub ride from Manhattan and wasting my money out here. Only like 2 of the 6 foods we tried were good.

Have been coming from the first bx night. I miss the liquor vendors who used to come. This bx night was larger with more vendors and space. I also enjoyed the entertainment I bought some soul food from the Truck ? in the back Very Good. Went today July 30th MY twisted potatoes ? Truck wasn't there so got food from the soul food truck and the jamaican truck. Also a piece of chocolate cake from the cake truck. Me and my friend had a good time.
