In any case, they are very rude and arrogant; this applies to everyone at the checkout—they don't respect their job at all.

all servers and hosts are amazing, they are attempting to strive under rigid management. hopefully the management withholds their ego and power trips to not jeopardize their employees tips. our server was amazing, made the experience bearable.

Buffalo Wild Wings seriously disappointed me on my recent visit. The customer service was frustratingly poor—staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, which made the whole experience unpleasant. When the food finally arrived, it was clear the wings were cooked in old oil and over-fried, resulting in a greasy, tough texture that was far from enjoyable. To make matters worse, shortly after eating, I suffered from food poisoning, which is unacceptable for any restaurant. This visit was not only frustrating but also a serious health risk. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to be cautious

My kids and I decided to have a father/son day, and they’ve been craving B-Dubs for a while. We ended up getting incredibly lucky coming in today. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like family.
The hostess Kaylie greeted us with a big smile and genuine warmth, which set the tone right away. Our waitress, Betsy, was amazing kind, patient, and super informative when we come back we will ask for her! She took her time recommending sauces and even helped me pick the perfect adult beverage. She went above and beyond to make sure my kids and I felt comfortable and taken care of.
We also met the GM, Anita, who was the first person we saw when we arrived. We asked if they were open since it was exactly 11 a.m., and she welcomed us right in with a smile. Later, she even came by to check on us, which meant a lot.
Today was hands down the BEST experience I’ve ever had at any Buffalo Wild Wings whether in NY or VA. Employees like these should absolutely be appreciated and valued.

My experience walking in was horrible. There was no one in the front to give us a table. We had to wait 15 minutes. We didn’t get the table that we wanted to sit and there were other customers sitting in those tables and when we figured out what we wanted to order, we had to wait 30 minutes. Nobody asked what we wanted or what drink we wanr , customer service here is very ghostly

Overall great experience on a Football Sunday. Food was solid. Meek was a great server. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and looking to hangout on a Sunday afternoon.

This Buffalo Wild Wings could aspire to be better. We came on a Saturday with big sports events, and it wasn’t very crowded. We assumed it would be easy. It took incredibly long to hear from anyone once we were seated, and for a place that wasn’t packed, it took incredibly long to get our food. We get that the place can have a high take out demand at times. This place could use more coaching in how to effectively manage tables and customer needs. Even asking for sauce felt like it took an incredibly long time, and we’d only get it after following up additional times. Staff would do better to more consistently check in with customers and communicate when there’s back fill. Or if there are staffing needs, the place can do a better job of having more staff.
Barbara was a kind host and helped get some sports games on. Hoping there can be improvement for future customers

We had Heidi as our server and she was extremely kind, patient, diligent! The food surpassed our expectations and we would definitely come back to this location. The hostess was very aggressive, didn’t catch her name because she didn’t have a tag on, but it was a woman with braids. We came Saturday afternoon for lunch but left once they increase the volume for the game.

Walked in, waited for the hostess or someone to come to the front to seat me (since it wasn’t crowded). Waited for 10 - 15 minutes. Went to check to see was anyone was at the pick up booth, no one. Make it make sense.

Would give zero stars if i could ordered through uber eats and found a roach in my side salad would avoid at all costs ppl saying they have attitude and stuff i can only imagine the hygiene and other issues happening in the kitchen the health dept needs to look into this establishments unsanitary conditions and re-evaluate their rest grade sorry but not sorry
Every time I order from this place for pick up, there’s an issue and a few times I have actually been here to eat have been very ratchet. Today’s issue was, of course their system was down for GrubHub and Uber eats and instead of trying to fulfill orders the guy up front just decided to argue with everyone. How about when there’s an issue at the front a manager has the balls to actually go and figure out a solution
