I have been coming here for years and after going to other places, I have to now leave a review to say the service here is great. When I go, as long as she is there, Tanicia greets me by my name. Even if she is not the one taking my order and she sees me, she will still address me with a warm hello and make sure I know about any specials that are currently available. At fast food places, you are usually just another number, but here, the effort is definitely made!!! A++

Communication is key as well as listening. How do you take an order only to forget (items) from that order you just took? My uber order was missing items only for the receipt to have my full order written for the employees to see smh.

This is the 2nd issue ive had in a week trying to order via ubereats. The first time they took over 2 hours to make food that I had 3 drivers cancel until I finally gave up canceled and ordered popeyes. This time IM MISSING THE DRINK TO MY ORDER IM MISSING MY HERSHEYS SUNDAE PIE. Fire these people. Investigate. This establishment need new employees. ASAP

Ordered two meals from here on uber. Received incorrect drinks, missing a burger from the MEAL. The level of correct orders delivered is so low, that I will not be buying from Burger King again. Thank's for breaking me away from being a long time customer.
