Very friendly and warm staff. The food is ready quickly.Vegetarian options: The french fries and Impossible Whopper (with no cheese and no mayo!) are great options for the vegans in your family. If they're extra strict, ask them to cook the Impossible patty separately if possible. This meal with a regular drink make for the perfect BK special.Kid-friendliness: The staff is friendly towards children and there is a lot of space for them to amble around while waiting for the orders to come through.

I went there to order an iced coffee and impossible whopper. Cashiers were very welcoming and kind even though one of them seemed to be a trainee well at least he was trying to help me as best as he could even though he seemed like he didn't really know what he was doing ? The burger I ordered was actually impeccable — hot, crispy, savory, and they didn't give me cheese on it! Usually when I go to a burger king, they get my order completely wrong, plus I get the burger completely squished and cold. Not here! This was the best burger king I've had in a while! Iced coffee was also amazing! Wait time wasn't bad either. 100/10, would definitely eat here again

I don’t come to this location often due to the poor and slow service of the drive-thru.After the last incident a couple of years ago I decided to try this locations again because I was really craving a cheese burger and mozzarella sticks. I was at the podium waiting for my order to be taken for 20mins while two cars was ahead of me. Mind you I left my house around 2:10am and is writing this at 2:38am, it’s literally a 5min drive from my house to that location. After the second car got it’s food and there was another car behind me I drive up and asked the men “do I have to order here?” He shook his head “no” point to the podium I was literally idle there for 20mins. While he was taking the next order of the car behind me I told him how long I was there and heard nothing from him. He was ordering the other persons order and I just drove off. I am more frustrated with myself right now because I could’ve saved on gas and just made a damn scrambled egg with toasted butter but I was really craving for BK!Not trying to be a whiner or have a pity party, but I seriously hate being disrespected. At least the guy could’ve acknowledge me and told me to wait there while he does other peoples orders. Never that with this location, always some miserable West Indian man with attitude. I will continue to do business with the Port Chester NY location near my job, I will go pick up what I wanted today tomorrow after work since that too is a 24 hour location.
