The new Royal Crispy Wraps are a winner. Nice crispy chicken tender in a wrap that you can customize with sauce, mayo, cheese, lettuce etc. It far outshines Popeyes version with tiny pieces of chicken that you can’t even identify as a tender. Anywhoo’ it’s very disappointing that at this location ( I can’t speak for other locations) they were operating with barely any staff. One counter person and one in the back prepping the orders. Customers are forced to fend for themselves using the self service kiosks which I absolutely hate! I’d much rather order from a living breathing human being. It should be a choice. If you have a language barrier or some sort of disability that would limit your ability to operate this self service thing; I guess you’re out of luck! I asked the one counter person what if I am unable to navigate this thing and she shrugged her shoulders and said there is no one available to take orders. I’m sorry what? This is crazy! Can’t call this fast food anymore because everyone is trying to figure out how to place an order while people are behind waiting & becoming frustrated. I saw a couple of people change their mind about ordering and walk out.

They hide in the back and expect everyone to use the kiosk. I watched several people try to order and nobody wanted to help. Some elderly people don't know how to use it. FIRE THEM ALL ASAP!

I am a customer who frequently visits the Burger King location at 29166 Bartow Avenue. I’m reaching out to express my concern regarding something I witnessed today, around 7:00 PM.
While passing by the back entrance of the store, I observed a few employees in their Burger King uniforms smoking what appeared to be marijuana. As a member of the public and a paying customer, I find this behavior extremely unprofessional and unsanitary—especially considering it occurred during what seemed to be their shift.
I don’t believe this represents the standard Burger King should uphold, and I hope appropriate action will be taken to address this situation.

I ordered an 8pc nugget and value fries and it takes like the nuggets and fries was cooked in old grease it had a bitter and burnt taste. Although my meal was 5 dollars it was for my son. I ended up buying him mcdonalds instead im glad i made that decision. This food was disgusting

The worst customer service ever. I asked a foot tall African American male if I should use the kiosk or wait online for a cashier. He points to the kiosk, I put my order in the kiosk and he told me I still had to wait online for a cashier, So, what was the purpose of using the kiosk? I reported this to corporate off the app and they ignored me complaint. Your organization and workers are absolutely terrible..

Terrible service, if it could be said otherwise, the workers are very despotic, to open the bathroom you have to wait too long and sometimes they don't even open it.

There was bad service at this burger king and the Food make my stomac Hurt and the the whole place was dirty and not clean and unconfortable they make you wait for 15 to 20 min for they can open it for you never going here don't come here.

The food was too salty. The french fries were too salty. They put the onion rings with the french fries holder and it made the onion rings salty and actually the fish was salty too. Oh my God I won't go there no more. I used to love Burger King. This one is turning me off.
