I ordered an 8pc nugget and value fries and it takes like the nuggets and fries was cooked in old grease it had a bitter and burnt taste. Although my meal was 5 dollars it was for my son. I ended up buying him mcdonalds instead im glad i made that decision. This food was disgusting

The worst customer service ever. I asked a foot tall African American male if I should use the kiosk or wait online for a cashier. He points to the kiosk, I put my order in the kiosk and he told me I still had to wait online for a cashier, So, what was the purpose of using the kiosk? I reported this to corporate off the app and they ignored me complaint. Your organization and workers are absolutely terrible..

The food was too salty. The french fries were too salty. They put the onion rings with the french fries holder and it made the onion rings salty and actually the fish was salty too. Oh my God I won't go there no more. I used to love Burger King. This one is turning me off.

If I could give 0 stars I would . The irritation I have for this place is so intense ! How is it that you have your workers calling out the orders from your unsanitary kiosks , and when you get to the worker who called it out they ignore you and have you standing there feeling stupid because they don’t politely ask you hey are you waiting for an order ? It’s common sense you see the same person just standing there for 20 minutes , SAY SOMETHING TO THEM !!
It’s a community Burger King and you can’t get simple things in order . The entire place is unorganized , unfriendly , uncleanliness to the max !

The staff seemed happy, but they weren’t working; they were just loudly chatting. It took a long time for my shake to come out. They even talked about me while I was waiting. Someone in the back said, 'Take the order,' and another replied, 'He already ordered. He is just watching.' Maybe I was being sensitive, but I felt uncomfortable. I just wanted to get my shake quickly and leave. If I don't urgently need the restroom, I don't want to go back again.

This place is horrible. First we place our order, the employee Karina takes our order correctly but she keeps getting it wrong because she's to busy talking to her co-worker. It took 5 tries for her to get our drinks correct even thou she put it correctly on the receipt. While preparing our order she's getting the fries and tells another employee to get her the medium cartons. He's to busy in the kitchen on his cell phone and ignores her, so she yells out his name Fabian he still ignores her because he's on his phone, she picks up a Fry Carton and throws it at him, that's when he looks up. These are the employees that actually handle our food throwing things where the food is being prepared and just playing around the food, God knows what they do around the food when no ones around looking if this is how they act when people are around, they're not taking their job serious. When Karina finally puts our food in a bag she is still to busy talking to the other employee and not paying attention that we were still missing an item in our order. Finally when I get to tell about missing item she actually makes a face like we're in the wrong. The tables were not properly clean, garbage cans so full you could barely dispose of our garbage. The food was horrible, the fries were cold I guess from the goofing around, for some reason the whoppers were real salty. I have been eating in BK and fast foods all my life and never have I had salty burgers. There are camaras all around, Management should view them to see what goes on and will absolutely see that what I've mentioned here is ? accurate. DON'T TRUST THIS LOCATION.
