NOREEN made my experience horrible she thought i didn’t understand her language as she made comments about my hair and my weight . it made me feel so horrible please never come here again. customer service was horrible they ignored me for about 3 minutes once i got there

My girlfriend and I ordered BK from this location through the app at least half an hour before pickup. When I got there there was no one in the pickup line and I stood there for at least 15 minutes. The staff, especially Mirian, pointedly ignores me the entire time, refusing even to look in my direction even though my order was made and ready and waiting. Finally I pointed out that I'd been standing there and no one had even made eye contact Mirian became hostile and started actually THROWING my orders into a bag and snapping at me the whole time, while failing to get the orders I asked for. This is some of the most overtly rude/hostile treatment I've received in a BK and I've been to BK's all over the country. Avoid this one if you can.

I had 2 double cheeseburgers and large fries. It's alright. Buddy had vanilla ice cream.

The lobby was trashed and crowed. I understood why it was trashed being the only budget friendly restaurant in the area. I ordered the food via the mobile application, and it still took 25 minutes to get my order. I felt I should have just ordered the food there.

Took more than 20 mins for 2 meals, I order Coca Cola drinks and they gave me something else, went back to the cashier she didn’t understand English and was confused with every guest , it’s a waste of time coming here to eat something.
