Do not eat here - I paid extra for sauce and I requested her to get me an extra and she just wanted to keep slapping no at my face and I open my order when I get home and the sauce wasn't even right?!? So I paid for sauce and she fights me on it and then gives me the wrong sauce? Ruined my whole meal- go eat at chipotle around the corner.

Every single thing in my order was incorrect. They gave me the wrong stuff and had no condiments. No customer service skills and they take your money
The grill is always not on in the mornings. If you don’t serve burgers in the morning, take it off the app so no time is wasted.
This is the second time a staff told me the grill is not on. On the first time, they said there is an inspection. today they mentioned that the grill takes a lot of time to heat up.

Don't go to this BK. They don't care about your business and it begins with the manager/asst. manager. She placed my order for me and I had to repeat it several times. "Eat in" is not something they do, giving me my order in a bag after I showed my receipt to her. "No" was her favorite word and my receipt didn't even have the restaurant number or the address!
Do you think they don't want you to leave a review on mybkexperience? I've never been to a BK that treats you so badly and the food I purchased was sub-par. Again, if you want staff and mediocre food, go here. If not, any other restaurant would be better. I wasn't the only complainer, as I heard someone say, "this isn't what I ordered. I ordered a number 8."

I find it very stranger my 7 year old was denied to use the bathroom because it’s “no good” I inquired about the small child that came from behind the “employee’s only” door who was running around the store where he’d had gone to the bathroom and all I got was a “no no bathroom”. Doesn’t seem fair.

I do not recommend this place I had terrible service the cashier was more on the phone and was rude and curt she did not offer me the combo and I ordered a wapper with cheese no onion and she gave melo with onion and my she gave me the mozarrella and the meat was cold with Blood, the workers at that place act as if they were the owners, terrible services, they should hire new staff ?

So I order pick up for an original chicken sandwich and ice cream cone and when I get there the order is ready so I decide to sit down and eat my ice cream cone. The place it's self was pretty dirty with leftover wrappers and people eating food from other restaurants but that's not a big problem for me. I eat my ice cream and it was SPOILED. I tried to stick it out thinking it something in their ice cream but it was very obviously spoiled milk. I tell the guy at the counter and he decides to make me ANOTHER CONE. Without even changing the ice cream in the machine. They were obviously foreign and barley understood English so I just let it go but why hire workers that can't communicate with customers?? This a real problem in nyc fast food industry. Anyways got home ate the chicken sandwich and the lettuce tasted weird and the was soaked in oil and weird seasoning 4/10. ?

Terrible hygiene, soda fountain was full of rust and mold, when the supervisor was notified she said “We cleaned it inside, outside the machine don't matter “Young folks come and go as they please stealing from the soda machine.
