So I order pick up for an original chicken sandwich and ice cream cone and when I get there the order is ready so I decide to sit down and eat my ice cream cone. The place it's self was pretty dirty with leftover wrappers and people eating food from other restaurants but that's not a big problem for me. I eat my ice cream and it was SPOILED. I tried to stick it out thinking it something in their ice cream but it was very obviously spoiled milk. I tell the guy at the counter and he decides to make me ANOTHER CONE. Without even changing the ice cream in the machine. They were obviously foreign and barley understood English so I just let it go but why hire workers that can't communicate with customers?? This a real problem in nyc fast food industry. Anyways got home ate the chicken sandwich and the lettuce tasted weird and the was soaked in oil and weird seasoning 4/10. ?

The so called supervisor on the register named Ahmed is very nasty. He got aggravated because I asked for the bathroom key. Both the lines at Burger King and Popeyes were long, so he wanted to make sure I waited 15 min on his line to buy something just so I could use the bathroom.What world do we live in?
FIRST don't believe those 5 star reviews DONT EAT AT THIS PLACE BOYCOTT ITthat's some of burger king employees telling lies like the career opportunities sign in the window if it was a career opportunity there why the 1 black guy was never promoted after 10 years yet did all the work by himself and the 2 night managers was promoted strictly because of the religion they practiced and after 1 month of work they managers so black guy did all work 10yrs and never get promoted but the 2 night managers got promoted in less time and less work that's fair the black and Spanish staff members get the work but the Muslim staff members the former manager jabed told black guy the promotions is meant for the Muslim staff they the black staff only there to clean and work I've heard that from an employee there and former employees and where is the black guy at anyway bring him back

I just went in at 10:20pm and worker said they closed 5 minuets ago because it was slow and the closing time is 11pm I didn’t know that was a things so just close down early and all I wanted was chicken

I brought a impossible whopper meal today. when I got home, the impossible whopper only had cheese and pickles, what happened to the lettuce and tomatoes, and I didn't ask for cheese. I was charged $12+ . it was horrible and I will never order it again from 161 street Bronx NY 10451
