It’s a shame this place services people food. This BK is a mess to visit. Not one table was clean but you have nothing to worry about if you like hanging out with shady people hanging at the bathrooms.
The service was lazy. The people working there look at if they all lost their will to live and became zombies. I had a woman just drop the bag of my food on the table in front of me without even asking for the number.
I doubt this place is safe to see behind the counter too. BK should have a secret shopper come in and collect all the evidence.

Today I paid $20.13 for 2 Whooper Jr 2 French fries and 2 drinks. The size of the burgled is LITERAL, 2 inches wide. It is a MINI WHOOPER JUNIOR.
I drove from YONKERS TO BUY BURGUER KING and we met we Paid 20.13 for this MINI WHOOPER JR

They make the food fine, but the manager in there always stares like CRAZY and it makes me very uncomfortable. I get that you don't wanna be there, but you don't have to stare down everyone that you see. She also had an attitude when I gave a co-worker a coupon by paper, and she proceeded to say, "We don't use those." Apparently, they actually do use those coupons. She was probably just too lazy on how to tell the co-woker how to put the code number into the register.

I ordered a melt burger the one with mushrooms and a medium coke. Simple order nothing crazy. I get the medium coke and waited 10 minutes for the burger melt. One bite on the burger melt and it's cold, cheese not melted and the white sauce on it looks like VOMIT. I complained to the young man about it and asked him for the manager, he responded that he is the manager 😆 he acted like he didn't care about. I told him that the food used to be good not too long ago but with this new management I will never come back and they can keep my money as a reminder.
It's a nice enough place with good workers and quite convenient for a Burger King picnic in Van Cortland Park. I did prefer the previous decor of sports figures from the past, but times change.

I believe Mark (the young man who took my order) is new here, because I had not seen him there before, and I have been picking up my breakfast from this establishment for close to two years. Mark's service was exceptional and he almost made me miss my train ? doing such a great job. The food, as always was just OK, but I'm a sucker for service and today the service was exceptional. Whoever you are, please, keep training them well.
