They make the food fine, but the manager in there always stares like CRAZY and it makes me very uncomfortable. I get that you don't wanna be there, but you don't have to stare down everyone that you see. She also had an attitude when I gave a co-worker a coupon by paper, and she proceeded to say, "We don't use those." Apparently, they actually do use those coupons. She was probably just too lazy on how to tell the co-woker how to put the code number into the register.

I ordered a melt burger the one with mushrooms and a medium coke. Simple order nothing crazy. I get the medium coke and waited 10 minutes for the burger melt. One bite on the burger melt and it's cold, cheese not melted and the white sauce on it looks like VOMIT. I complained to the young man about it and asked him for the manager, he responded that he is the manager 😆 he acted like he didn't care about. I told him that the food used to be good not too long ago but with this new management I will never come back and they can keep my money as a reminder.

It's a nice enough place with good workers and quite convenient for a Burger King picnic in Van Cortland Park. I did prefer the previous decor of sports figures from the past, but times change.

I believe Mark (the young man who took my order) is new here, because I had not seen him there before, and I have been picking up my breakfast from this establishment for close to two years. Mark's service was exceptional and he almost made me miss my train ? doing such a great job. The food, as always was just OK, but I'm a sucker for service and today the service was exceptional. Whoever you are, please, keep training them well.

They talked too much about politics very loudly, I heard them even before I entered the store. Apon ordered, they rudely told me to go to the machine to order, they basically didn't want any human interactions. They wasn't friendly either.
I get it. Freedom of speech but you don't have to be rude with an attitude. I'm just there to eat and leave.
The food was good but I didn't get to enjoy it. Some fat lady was rushing me out while also complaining about why I'm still here eating. And the store wasn't even closed yet. I still had 10 minutes before closing. To eat my food.
I will never again order burger king in any restaurant unless these people are disciplined. There's plenty of better places to eat at.
Screwed up my order, they confused it with someone else's order and I had to show my receipt again. I ordered a plane double bacon cheeseburger and they clearly didn't see the plain order, they put all the vegetables on the burger. If you want better food and service, go to the near McDonald's. 6 minute walk and 2 minute drive.

The bathroom is horrible, one of workers seems like she don’t wanna be there, the manager told me there was no more shake mix and when I sat down to eat a few minutes later I saw two more customers walking out with shakes
