This restaurant says it closes at 12, and at 10:20 I was waiting in the front, with no one coming to help, and then after waiting more than 10 minutes, a guy came out and said they were closed because they have “cleaning” to do. Unprofessional, and unacceptable.

The service was excellent here and there was enough seating available if you wanted to stay and eat. My only thing why I didn’t 5 star, it honestly doesn’t taste as good as I’m used to it tasting.

This location is not good. My burger had hair in it and the fries were too salty. The atmosphere was really loud and unwelcoming. Would not come back again.

If I could give a negative star I would. I asked for a simple order. I waited 6 mins on my lunch break for the server to finish playing on his phone and his coworker to wake him up to realize I was ready to order. I asked for a number 1 the breakfast sandwich with the fries simple and easy. I got a greasy sandwich and greasy fries that I couldn't finish. I was hoping at least my coffee would of been decent since I asked for 2 creams 2 sugars. The employee gave me straight black coffee. If there was cream and sugar elseware he could of spoke up and said something but I guess he couldn't hear me with his airport in and probably he was too focused on finishing up to jump back into his phone. Listen times are already hard people work long hours day in day out. If you don't like your job quit and give it to someone who actually needs it. I was really debating writing this because I hate putting bad reviews but the whole experience was ridiculous. I could of went to McDonald's but Ive known BK to have the better breakfast but thanks employee of the year in changing my mind.

Service is serviceable. The 6 or 8 dollar special is what I usually get. Their bacon cheese burger or Chicken Sandwich is good.
The food was given to me cold, my order was ready and they put it out of my sight... they didn't even call me to know that it was ready, when I asked they simply told me that it wasn't yet... the service, well... they don't seem to be happy … and the atmosphere is getting out of hand, the behavior of people who make a mess even inside … there is no security, regarding the premises, the tables are dirty and neglected, the bathroom is not even provided to customers, the surroundings are terrible but This was due to other people who were around... it's not their fault... but inside the place the only thing that needs to be cleaned is, even if it's on the tables... please.
